The Location is Great, the rooms are Clean and the service is very friendly and super nice (they let us in the room earlier) I would totally recommend it 😄 Great View from the rooms. Nice TV Channels in a Lot of languages. Only thing that could be better are the opening times of the Pool 😂😂

THE best hotel in the historic north of the island! Personal service, top level SPA area in/outdoor and quiet pools with an absolutely phantastic garden. UNIQUE ! Breakfast, lunch or dinner in the garden with palms and bird atmosphere or in one of the nice restaurants is real holidays - relax in nature.

Very decent hotel, deserves 5 stars considering the price-quality ratio. The hotel is clean and modern, with two large pools on the roof, plenty of sunbeds, a bar, shower, and toilet. Unfortunately, the rooftop is only open until 6 PM. The rooms are pleasant, featuring glass-walled bathrooms, balconies with chairs and a table. The downside was the single beds (they tend to separate), but the room is cleaned daily, and towels are regularly changed. Excellent base for exploring, 4 minutes to the bus terminal (buses are not heard), and a few minutes to the beach. Shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. On the downside, there is an absolute lack of parking spaces (as on the whole of Tenerife, though). Breakfasts are decent but monotonous, although you can organize them in such a way that during a 5-7 day stay, you can eat something different every day. Overall, I highly recommend it. If I return to Puerto, I will definitely aim for this hotel again.

Cannot fault this lovely hotel. The staff work so hard to keep it clean and welcoming. Beautiful grounds, clean rooms. Maid service every day. Breakfast selection excellent. Adults only pool area superb. Special mention to Shirley in the restaurant and Francisco in the bar for being super friendly and welcoming. It’s €10 down to the town in a taxi (with tip) if you want to have a night out. Hotel is on a huge hill (hence the fabulous views) so we didn’t walk it! We paid extra for a sea view two bed suite and it was a really good size with two bathrooms ❤️

We had a 10 day stay at the Fergus hotel in February. All staff from cleaners to management, bar staff and waiters and of course the wonderful animation staff were friendly and helpful. We were all inclusive and food was varied with something for everyone. The cleaning staff were around all day and the hotel was clean both rooms and communal areas. Special mention has to go to Esther and Fabio, the animation team who were amazing, they made the holiday such fun for us with a variety of activities throughout the day. We enjoyed the entertainment, something different each night. This was our second time at this hotel and I'm sure we will return.

Food – we were half board and the food was always of good quality and variety. There was catering enough for people with more adventurous tastebuds as well as more beige ones too. The restaurant was lovely itself as was the rest of the hotel, very well maintained and always being cleaned by the staff. At breakfast you can sit on the terrace looking out over the Atlantic which is an incredible way to start the day! We did have an instance of one particularly grumpy waiter though this was an exception not a rule. Room – the room was very big and we had ample space for everything and was very homely. The bed was very big (not overly comfy though it did the job – 7/10), and the sofa/living space was very comfortable. The private balcony was a great feature, and we often left the sliding doors open overnight to let air in and to hear the sound of the Atlantic as white noise. The bathroom was plenty big enough, and the colourful shower was a nice touch! The wardrobe was also more than big enough which was a nice surprise! Cleanliness – everywhere around the hotel was immaculately presented, I believe the hotel was renovated a few years ago but everything just appears to be really well kept and maintained as we always saw staff cleaning and maintaining throughout the day. Genuinely one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in and contributed to a wonderful holiday, especially as we did spend a large amount of time in and around the hotel. The area surrounding the hotel was nice too, one of the nearby hotels was a bit louder with music etc in their pool area, though wasn’t really noticeable from the hotel/our room. Vibe – the overall aesthetic of the hotel was a very pleasant and vibrant atmosphere to be in, in the pool area and on the rooftop bar there was always music and lots of comfortable seating with umbrellas to get out of the sun if you want to. A really nice hotel which we would absolutely love to come back to and would definitely look to stay in a Macaronesian Hotel elsewhere in the Canaries if they are all of this standard!

Highly recommend, this hotel is very clean.. breakfast was included and the pool ontop of the roof was pretty small but I used the public pool, the reception staff helped me whenever and gave me directions and information, it's very central and I would stay again. I have no complaints what so ever... only thing I can suggest is having air con which the fan wasn't the best but still didn't effect my stay. Very lovely hotel with lovely friendly staff. Went solo and room was really small but I didn't mind
