It was an absolutely wonderful experience and I would surely recommend it to anyone who’s searching for a luxurious hotel to spend their free time. First of all, the staff was really kind, they always have smiles on their faces and they make you feel like home with their will to do anything that you can think of. I can clearly see the improvement they’ve made on every sector of the hotel in comparison with last year. Moreover, even the food menu is better as we tried some new special flavours that matched the elegant form of the hotel. Dining at the restaurants Makuti and Umami were two of the experiences that created in me the need to stay. Last but not least, Mrs.Anastasia Deligianni was the source of the positive energy for all the staff, as she first welcomed us with a very big smile. Of course I will come again as it was my favourite one out of all the hotels I’ve been to.

All of the rooms have a telephone, fridge and safe deposit box. Hotel Europa has a TV room and a mini club for children. There is also a fitness room, and a free Wi-Fi zone. The Europa’s restaurant serves classic Cretan dishes, as well as international cuisine. There is also a bar.
