Edelweiss Hotel

These apartments are set about a 5 minute walk from the main area, which meant we were away from the hussle bustle of the town. We had a two bedroom apartment which was perfect for our family consisting of two teens. Air conditioning was fantastic and definitely needed. Loved that it was a small complex, never a problem to get a sunbed and one day we had the pool to ourselves until about 2pm. The family who run it were very kind and friendly with perfect English. I would definitely go back.

We spent a fabulous week at the friendly family run hotel. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was huge, comfortable with 3 balconies. The hotel is only 5-10 min walk into Argassi. It’s lovely and quiet around the hotel. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. The pool and bar area are also great.

We had a perfect stay in this beautiful place in August 2022, and I certainly would recommend the hotel; I truly can’t give it enough praise. I already want to go back! It is located just around the corner from the hustle of Argassi’s centre, no more than a 2 minute walk. Stunning apartment equipped with anything you may need. With reception areas situated all over the hotel with lovely views. Durable and comfortable beds. Based on sharing between 4 adults, our 2 bedroom apartment had so much room we couldn’t even utilise all of it! We had 3 generously sized balcony’s with seating areas and views from every side of the building. The new en-suite bathrooms were pristine. Easy to use remote control air conditioning. Great pool facilities, and also all of the local hotels in the area allow you to use their pool and bar facilities. So many authentic, local and family owned restaurants to try nearby - We loved “Meating Point” just a 2 minute walk from the hotel. If you’re looking to do any organised tours; most of the tour bus and excursion companies have a pick up point just 2 minutes from the hotel. We didn’t have a problem with any of the facilities at the hotel. I recommend this hotel to all couples and families. Fantastic hospitality. We only wish to stay again soon. Thank-you for having us.

This place is so clean and the common areas so well maintained but it is absolutely lifeless. Tonight the bar closed at 9.45pm. There is a drinks cabinet by the pool - empty. There is an ice cream cabinet - empty. There is a fantastic brick built BBQ area- not used. There is absolutely nothing at the beautiful bar area that would make you want to spend a few euros here. Staff sit and watch TV all day. Don’t think I will stay here again :(

Our room was supposed to be superior but it badly need updating, very tired and a lack of wardrobe space (one wardrobe for an apartment that could sleep 4 and only 2 small drawers) The second bedroom needed it’s own wardrobe etc. The bathroom didn’t have a lock on the door and no shower curtain so was flooded every time it was used, the plug in the sink didn’t keep the water in so you had to fill the sink 3 or 4 times which when they tell you water is precious sort of defeats the object. A real bonus would be having a safe in the room, having to go to the pool bar every time you needed money was a right pain. Also Wi-Fi in the room would be a good thing, having to be by the pool to use the Wi-Fi was inconvenient. Overall a ok place to stay, not worth the price we paid.

A great hotel with spacious rooms. Basic facilities but this is reflected in the price and is actually a plus point as it means a small, pretty and quiet hotel. Well-kept gardens and really friendly staff. Great for those with small children.

We stayed at Edelweiss for 5 nights, together with another couple. The place is quite well located about 5 to 10min walk to the main street and thus the sea (there is no beach!). The pool area is nice with drinks for fair prices and enough space to lie down. There were quite a lot of kids when we were there. The food is OK, we'd prefer to walk down to the restaurants which were on the main street, but the occasional breakfast was fine. And the drinks were priced very well! The room in my view was rather outdated. The bedroom was okay, good airco and a wide balcony looking out over the pool. The bathroom was quite bad, very outdated, very (very) small shower which had no cover so after every shower the toilet and the rest was quite wet. The sink was leaking but this was fixed upon request. In all we had a good stay but the room (especially the bathroom) was a bit of a disappointment.
