Nos quedamos un grupo de la tercera edad durante una semana, quedamos encantados, la atención de todo el personal exelente, un 10, el desayuno exquisito y abundante, el almuerzo exquisito,la cena igual, muy bien servido con mucho amor, las habitaciones,las camas exelentes, limpias y agradables, los baños excelente,los jardines, terrazas para sent**** al aire libre todo el hotel es un 10, lo recomiendo totalmente y espero poder volver.fui con mi familia éramos 11 en total y lo pasamos muy bien . gracias muchas gracias.celebramos hasta el cumpleaños de mi hermana que cumplió 85 años, Gracias por su atención.

I would avoid this hotel. It calls itself 5 star but the management must think it is 2 star because they treat you very poorly. The room was very nice and the gym fantastic – but that is where it ends. Firstly, we were told very clearly that we needed a card to get towels at the pool and that, if we lost it we would be charged $20 each. This is a 5 star hotel – cards to get pool towels is ridiculous. Then we left a book in the restaurant and when we went back the next day no-one had any idea what the procedure was regarding lost property. We did get it back eventually but how did no-one know where lost property was held? Poor management! The restaurant staff were terrible – at no point did anyone every come and ask us if we wanted to order or if we needed anything. We had to go to them every time – even though there were 5 or 6 of them milling around – it was very strange. But the most bizarre thing was when we mentioned that we had run out of coffee pods in the room and we were told we had to pay for them!!! We were in a suite, in a 5 star hotel and being told we had to pay for coffee pods. These are just a few examples of the poor service - ther were many more. Just not good enough –I have no idea who is managing this hotel but they clearly have little to no experience. There must be better options in Arica.

We stayed for 26 days from the end of December 2022 to mid-January 2023. Overall our stay was excellent. With this length of stay there are bound to be some minor dissatisfactions. We booked a top end room which lived up to all expectations, lovely view of the Pacific Ocean and also onto the hills behind. The room was serviced daily and very clean. Good furniture and fittings as the hotel is only 1 year old. The hotel reception staff couldn't have been more helpful from the moment Alphonso checked us in at 2am. They spoke good English and did translations for us, helped with the organisation of a trip to Lake Chungara and nothing was too much trouble for the whole team. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate and the restaurant always had clean tables to sit at. We were especially lucky to meet Krystel who served us very well along with several of her colleagues. Service time was sometimes a little slow which was disappointing. Food quality was good. Good WiFi throughout A great place to escape the European winter.
