Hotel 3 Bintang di Arlington

We stayed here for two days and the wifi was totally unreliable. It would work for a few minutes a day if you were lucky enough to be online the few times it worked. The front desk reply- it goes in and out. They didn’t even have the common sense to say that IT is working on it. It’s 2023 ! Get with the program!! For $250/ night for a basic room, find another hotel if you are staying in the Arlington , VA. Any other hotel would Be better than this one. And no breakfast included in this price . Also no housekeeping. Perhaps I had to request housekeeping but I wasn’t told this was the policy. I was out all day and expected to return to a clean room. No such luck. Our son lives in the neighborhood and I will Find another hotel the next visit !

Pros: Location! It’s so close to the Crystal City Station (3 mins walk) so you can get to the downtown or even other placed by Metro easily. Other than that, I find the airport shuttle extremely helpful as it begins as early as 4 am and I had super early flight outside of Metro’s operating hour. The shuttle runs every 30mins and very punctual. Cons: While the room is big enough, but the design and the hotel are old… The biggest downside to me is there is no complimentary bottled water in the room at all despite staying in such hotel brand…

We usually stay at the one in Rosslyn, one Metro stop away. However, this time we wanted a two-bedroom suite and Rosslyn did not have availability. First, the rooms. This includes two bathrooms, so it could easily be shared by two couples. The living room is compact and includes a TV, as does each bedroom. The kitchen has everything except a toaster or an oven, so a toaster-oven would be great, but hazardous, I imagine. The dining room table is comfortable for 4-5 people. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom has a tub. The room was quiet. We have yet to try more of the common areas, such as pool, laundry and gym. Breakfast is standard with plenty of seating. The front desk staff is very helpful, with directions to the nearby pharmacy and food store. The area is very safe. We did not bring a car so cannot comment on the garage.

Hotel is clean, accessible, within my work area. Staff are very accommodating, friendly and approachable.

Great experience…. I arrived late at night and the front desk attendant was great. I forgot my computer bag and the security was able to confirm I left it in the room and was able to retrieve it. Great experience… I wish I could remember the night attendant’s name… he was professional and courteous

Stayed for a business trip. Hotel is 3 blocks from the Metro. I lived the studio room Three writing areas, including a massive desk. Desk and nightstand has multiple electrical outlets plus USBs. Room had large windows for natural lighting plus desk had good task lighting Staff were always present and helpful. Breakfast was fresh, hot and plentiful. Plenty of food places nearby. Starbucks and small Target are nearby. Would gladly stay there again.

Stayed two nights for business meeting held at the hotel. Service is very good, the rooms are updated and very clean, and the location is very convenient to the Metro via underground shopping center walkways. It's one stop from the airport, and just ac ross the river from the Capitol Mall. There is currently lots of construction which is noisy, and the usual traffic and airport noise is also noticeable. Ear plugs greatly improve the sleeping experience - without and you'll likely have issues. The heat/AC is also very loud - I turned mine off at night. There is an easy to access recreational trail for running or using rental bikes.

I enjoyed my stay. N the breakfast was great. The fact that u can get hot to order omelets is a definite bonus. N they give u complimentary drinks at the bar for happy hr. The rooms r spacious and clean.

The walls must be thin. My family heard noise all night. Also shower gel was empty. I’d expected simpler amenities are something guests need not ask upon arrival.
