Pros: Location! It’s so close to the Crystal City Station (3 mins walk) so you can get to the downtown or even other placed by Metro easily. Other than that, I find the airport shuttle extremely helpful as it begins as early as 4 am and I had super early flight outside of Metro’s operating hour. The shuttle runs every 30mins and very punctual.
Cons: While the room is big enough, but the design and the hotel are old… The biggest downside to me is there is no complimentary bottled water in the room at all despite staying in such hotel brand…

The experience is among the top. The only exception is the house keeping service: it must be manually appointed 24 hours prior, which does not seem comparable with other 3-start hotels.

我衹能説很無語 我問前台工作人員要了牙刷和牙膏 第一天的牙膏裏是空的，第二天去要 他們説昨天有 今天沒有了。 另外房間裏的空調五分鐘會響兩分鐘來加熱，我保證它加熱的聲音絕對比你家裡的拖拉機引擎聲響。冰箱的聲音也是非常響，儘管我已經把它調到最低功率

I forgot my computer bag and the security was able to confirm I left it in the room and was able to retrieve it. Great experience… I wish I could remember the night attendant’s name… he was professional and courteous

PPengguna Tetamu地處水晶城，毗鄰里根國家機場，距離藍線黃線地鐵站六七分鐘路程，坐黃線地鐵三四站到市內主要景區，距離五角大樓地鐵站兩站。坐藍線繞一圈到白宮，時間長一點，二十多分鐘，總體來説比較方便。酒店周邊是新城，沒啥煙火氣，但是很安全，走一條街也有不少快餐店、咖啡館和酒店。美國希爾頓花園酒店大同小異，兩個Queen大床（1.5米），美式早餐、有洗衣房、健身房。注意事項：1.房間隔音還好，但雙數房間臨街，晚上偶爾有飆車和警車聲音；2.定房含早餐，但前台入住的時候沒給劵，第二天餐廳服務員開了六十多刀的單子，個人覺得早餐20刀有點貴；3.到前台要了餐劵給了服務員，服務員仍索要小費，因為她給我服務了（倒了一杯咖啡！她們把咖啡壺收起來，你找不到，來了客人給你服務，套路滿滿！第二天我不再給一分錢，自助早餐）；4.住了四晚，第二天沒給收拾衞生，雖然聽説三天收拾一次，但和前台要求了也給收拾了，還算不錯。5.衞生有死角，入住發現馬桶圈背面有尿漬，瞬間印象分打了折扣。

PPengguna Tetamu我們一家是2月份自駕去華盛頓旅遊的，這個酒店還是值得推薦的。自己停車44刀每晚，待客停車49刀每晚，有點貴，地下停車場自己停車的話，需要花時間找停車位。酒店有自己的穿梭巴士到地鐵站的，還挺方便，地鐵幾站就可以到市區那些旅遊打卡點。衞生，服務都是萬麗的平均水平。

PPengguna TetamuThe shuttle driver to the airport was the highlight of this stay, which, as a Sheraton, should not be the expectation. The desk staff were pleasant enough, but when leaving the lobby to cross the driveway to the second building where the room was located, we saw the most ridiculous situation I have ever encountered at a hotel or even MOTEL. The entry was a split level, ten or so steps up or down without any ramp or elevator. Seeing as the clerk saw we were traveling internationally and had three massive and heavy suitcases, placement in that location was inconvenient at best. If I had not had my son present, there is no way that I could have lifted the luggage to arrive at the room. This does not even take into account someone with mobility concerns.
The restaurant staff were courteous enough, but prices were insanely elevated. Vending machines were scarce and had different offerings in the main building and the satellite building. For example, my building had empty snack machines and the main building had soda machines and ice machines with no prices noted, and when a card was used, the soda was 4.00.
All in all, would NOT recommend whatsoever. The poorest Sheraton I have ever stayed at. Unfortunately, I had told my family that Sheraton was considered a good hotel chain. No longer true if this is a representation.
Sewage leaking in the parking garage with caution tape all around was just icing on the cake.

PPengguna TetamuMy flight was cancelled so I needed to find a place to stay. The location was very convenient for DCA airport, either by metro (2 stops) or car and connected to the mall. Following Ritz Carlton’s standard, all staff was incredibly respectful, caring and attentive without being stifling. Ordered in-room dining for dinner and it was okay, but nothing special. Presentation and service of it was impeccable. When checking in, I was unexpectedly upgraded to club floor, which was very kind of them, especially after a long day of canceled and rebooked flights. Please be sure to treat the staff kindly, as it is the right thing to do. If I am in the area again, I will happily return.

PPengguna TetamuIt was good to enjoy good service at a good hotel.. The staff was friendly at the time of check-in and the condition of the room was excellent. The room was so good that I wanted to stay again and I would like to recommend it to other salma. All the facilities, including the amenities in the room, were perfect. It's a two-star hotel, but I don't know why it's two. I think it's okay to make it a little more generous and give it about four stars. It has the advantage of location. You should enjoy it, too.

PPengguna TetamuJust spent the night. Checked in around 6pm and checked out at 11am. Check out is a bit early. I’d hope for at least noon. The shuttle schedule is awful. Peak times there is no shuttle service. I guess the plus side is it’s only a 10 or so minute walk to the metro.
Breakfast is just meh. It comes with the room but def nothing to get up and rush down for.
The check in (front desk) staff was nice. I think you may get better rate booking directly with hotel.
I’d stay again if in the area.
