Said I stole blanket even though staff took ot and never returned it. Half rooms don't have a microwave. They have to take all the towel if you want clean ones they have to wash things first. Rooms are not vary Clean and walls are gross showers are moldy. Towels are old. Also people are rude not caring it's a motel and others are sleeping people live at this place as well.

Nice room..I enjoyed my visit...it was good sleep.I will be back soon

Nice and quiet

Everything was dirty, from the bed, the sheets, the pillows , and towels. The cleanest thing in the hotel was the floor!

Very rude you cannot even get in the office they offer no breakfast microwave was broken we waited 2 and 1/2 hours to return their microwave so they can come up and get it and replace it and they never showed up we set the microwave outside they accused us of trying to steal their microwave which was not working in the first place. to ask for deposit when I asked for deposit back there like they didn't know nothing about it overall I would stay away it is cheap yes but you get what you pay for

I work here in Dallas I’m on a contract job and I have been staying here since December, I get into the room and noticed the fridge not working so I contacted from desk I had to stay there for 2 nights because of course they wouldn’t refund me and my grocery that I had bought with cash money to last me until today had been ruined because no fridge. I think this will be my last time booking this hotel.

Covers was dirty when I arrived asked for new covers never got them to the next morning I had to go down stairs myself and get them

The room was horrible the doors were broke everything was bad and old the bed sheets were burned

I have stayed in many Motel 6 properties because they are pet friendly. That being said I have NEVER encountered such poor service ever. I checked in at 7:30 at night. The lobby door was locked. The owner/manager came to what was a type of gas station attendant window to ask what I wanted. Told him I had a reservation but he would not let me into the lobby. I had to stand in the cold and he could care less. The room was fair. Bed was very uncomfortable as you could feel the springs and one cockroach did walk by me so I will assume there were others. The room had a fridge and microwave but nothing else. It's an adequate place to stay in a pinch but would not recommend it if you have other options.

Overall, not to bad a bit more than the other hotels. Did not get the room I wanted. The staff are not friendly people. They, lock the doors to the office and talk to you via a small whole in the window no matter what time it is. The house keeping knock on the door at 10am allot of people would like to sleep in.

Very convenient location, close to ATT Stadium which is the reason we were there. Staying for only one night so we figured it couldn't be that bad.....we were wrong cause it was. Looks like the pic but 40 years later. Same bedspread from back in the day when they took the pic. It was very worn and torn and thin. Sheets looked slept in and we were very hesitant to sit on the bed. We covered it with our own sheets. Pillows were dirty and stained. We did not use them either. When we got back from the game at night and got into our room someone knocked twice on our door. We did not open it of course and they eventually left. They must have seen us arrive. It was myself and my daughter so it was a scary moment. Bathroom was "clean" and so were the towels and I was grateful for that. Walls and doors were very dirty. Absolutely needs some tlc. I will never stay there again....its the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Check in and check out was quick, thankful for that as well. It is definitely not a safe place to stay.

I would think that any hotel that carries your corporate name should be held to a standard of excellence. Motel 6 is not known for being the fanciest or nicest but they are usually clean and I feel safe. It wasn't either of these things.

Actually was a nice little place. Clean , quiet, hot water…. Just hate motels with no carpet. They have fake hardwood which is nice , I prefer carpet is all.

Toilet wouldn’t flush and ask for a plunger and never received it and couldn’t use restroom on my stay
