Hotel berhampiran Shopping N1, Buzios

Excelente la Pousada. El lugar súper bien ubicado, la habitación súper linda, limpia y amplia. Las piscina excelente, una viste increíble. En el resto se come muy bien y el personal de la Pousada súper atento y amable. Recomendable 100% para ir a disfrutar de Buzios

Muy acogedor y lindo, el personal muy amable. Solo mejorar información turistica y personal que maneje otro idioma.

We spent a week relaxing at this lovely small hotel by the beach in Buzios. Atmoshphere is chilled as adults only. A calm oasis away from the busy Ferradura beach and has a nice heated pool with a bar area. We had the super luxury room which has a balcony with pool/seaview. The staff were super helpful and friendly, especially Paulo who shared lots of information about the local area. The food at the hotel was good but if you want variety the only downside was it wasn't near any other restaurants or shops. Central area is about 25 minutes walk, which is fine in daylight but otherwise need a car or taxi to get into town. Ubers are easy to get hold of though and inexpensive.

O meu retorno ao hotel Atlântico depois de 3 anos deixou um pouco a desejar. A localização é excelente esse foi o meu critério de retorno. Mas precisa melhorar a alimentação. Estive no hotel antes e o almoço não deixava a desejar para os restaurantes ao redor. Agora não vale a pena. É triste. Um hotel lindo, com a limpeza excelente, funcionários atenciosos, deixar a qualidade cair . Estou dando um feedback porque adoro o hotel. E acredito que a próxima vez será diferente.

I took a trip from the 18th to the 24th of March, stable weather, very hot and clear skies with little wind. The hotel is very comfortable and charming, the hotel staff are very attentive, I stayed in the room next to the reception. Breakfast is wonderful, the breakfast attendants are extremely polite and friendly, the view from the restaurant at the top of the hotel is very beautiful and you can see the entire beach of João Fernandes, Búzios. This same restaurant gives access to a very beautiful infinity pool that provides a wonderful view and beautiful photos. The hotel also offers a separate lunch, snack and dinner service with delicious dishes. It is no longer necessary to climb several flights of stairs. Currently, there is a follicular elevator that takes you to the highest floor of the hotel. This elevator has an attendant available at all times. The cleanliness of the hotel is exquisite and done with great care and attention, the bathrooms are very good, they have cold and hot water, all the devices in the bathroom are working properly. The rooms have new air conditioning and a very comfortable bed, the bedding is soft and clean, towels are changed frequently, the rooms have cable TV and the internet works correctly via Wi-Fi. I loved my stay and I will definitely come back again because excellent service must be recognized and exalted. I thank all the staff of the Hotel Búzios Mar Hotel.

Gostei muito do serviço, principalmente por conta da estrutura do hotel, além do atendimento.

O hotel é incrível,só pecou em dois itens que não havia no quarto, espelhos e lugar pra deixar as roupas de praia pra secar,na falta do sol tudo fica no banheiro sem lugar de pendurar as peças. E espelho essencial no quarto e não tinha. Mas enfim. O restante me deixou deslumbrada com tudo. Atendimento, café. O hotel é muito maravilhoso. Iremos voltar.

Mais uma vez o Serena Hotel nos surpreendeu pelo atendimento e qualidade dos serviços! Ficamos em quarto enorme e muito confortável!!! Sem falar da educação dos funcionários e belo café da manhã!!! Indico sempre!!! Quando voltarmos a buzios, certo que hospedaremos aqui!! E agora será com nossa bebê que já está chegando!!!

Pousada maravilhosa, super familiar! Fui com meu marido e meu filho de 2 anos, amamos absolutamente tudo. O quarto era maravilhoso, tudo bem limpinho, os funcionários muito simpáticos e solícitos. O café da manhã tem bastante opção, e as refeições do restaurante ótima! Meu filho amou a piscina e a área kids, se divertiu nas atividades monitoradas. Recomendo muito!
