The hotel is nice, the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is ok, the air con is not very strong. Overall it is a nice hotel to stay.

My first visit to this hotel since it changed from the former The Sheraton Hotel a couple of years ago. Hotel was nice - rooms clean, modern, and comfortable. Great location. Service could have been better in some areas - for example, on day one I asked reception if it was possible to have a sewing kit. They didn’t have one to hand but would get housekeeping to drop one off for me. It never appeared. The following morning, I asked reception again. They said housekeeping would drop it off for me. It never appeared. I gave up. Searched for one in a supermarket instead. Excellent service from Julia at hotel guest relations when I enquired about a boat trip.

Recently renovated, this 5* hotel surpasses expectations. Located towards the quieter end of Costa Adeje the hotel is a calm, tranquil environment with beautifully appointed gardens and public spaces. The rooms and hotel facilities are spotless and convey a west African style with deep terracotta cladding and lush green palms adorning the paths around the resort. The staff stand out as friendly, helpful and extremely attentive. Management seem to have achieved a happy place to work and this is reflected through smiley, chatty, staff who can’t do enough to help. Lifeguards assist with parasols, bar staff cajole you into one extra cocktail and there’s a cheery atmosphere throughout the hotel. We visited in July 24 and the hotel was probably only at 75% occupancy which, with the wide array of bars and pools, means the hotel feels exclusive, we were often the only people in the pool and turn around time for food and drinks at poolside were impressive. We booked half board and found the food to be a high standard. Breakfast, for want of a better word, is simply vast. Main buffet meals were themed and had a good selection on offer. Some dishes were individually prepared and speciality dishes were made up at the counter by adept chefs. A la carte restaurants are available, but we didn’t try these. All things considered this hotel stands out in Costa Adeje and its 5* rating is well deserved. Vanstone family. Room 015.

Literally the most amazing hotel I have ever been to. Could not fault a thing, staff amazing and so friendly, food was amazing, room was 10/10 felt very luxurious and so clean, room service couldn’t do more for you. They have everything you would need here. Would 100% come back here we had the best time.

A welcoming atmosphere with a well trained staff. You will always find a staff around ready to help, friendly,ready to service, and always with a smile. I haven’t seen anyone who is not with a big smile. That’s a very nice gesture and makes the stay even more pleasant. A special mention to the receptionist Paola who was from start till end all so welcoming and helpful. A must say also that this is a vegetarian friendly hotel. They even offer a special request of a vegan dessert if you require with a notice or comment prior to your arrival. That is what,in my terms, a personalized service. Bravo for that!! A new hotel with a lot to offer.

Absolutely Fantastic! I could not fault this hotel in anyway. Beautiful decor, peaceful, amazingly friendly and helpful staff, fantastic breakfast and food available at the lovely selection of restaurants. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and brilliantly kept, housekeeping twice daily, rooms are beautiful, great shower, comfy beds. I can’t understand how anyone could find anything to fault at this hotel. Book here, you will not regret!
