Our staying in Mirsoum Hotel was perfect. The hotel is located in the center of old city, close of all shop and city places. The hotel is not directly on the main street, which makes it quiet (take into account that to access it there are some meters to walk and stairs to climb) We slept in Room which is beautiful, big and very clean. (Suite Room / 101) The Mirsoum team is very welcoming, helped us with our luggage, advice us for the shopping and place to visite. Hakke speak english and was very available for all our need. He presented to us a driver Mohamed, to visit places out of the city, good guy, we spent a good time with him. If you need, a driver doesn't hesited to ask to meet Mohamed. (Turkish speaker but Google translate is our friend:) ) And to finish, the breakfast was wonderful, the better breakfast that we took during our staying (We made 6 differents hotels.) We slept In Mirsoun only one night, it's been a surprise and gift from my husband for our 4th wedding year . Perfect gift.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful mansion and words alone cannot express our experience. A truely unforgettable one. The attention to detail, cleanliness, spotless bathroom, presentation of rooms, delicious cuisine, and the most kindest and considerate staff I have come across in Turkey. Genuine hospitality like we have never experienced before. Our needs were met in every way and beyond, right down to organising a private driver to tour us, taking us to all the places we wanted to visit in our short stay. Honestly there is no way this could have been achieved without your help and effort. I am most greatful for having crossed paths with you all, Mr Mahmut Bey, Mr Servet Bey, Mrs Dilber Hanim and our most attentive Mr Bulent Bey who served us breakfast every morning and made us feel so special as well as the chef and cleaning staff… and heartfelt thanks to Mr Kiasim Bey for driving us and showing us all around Mardin and Midyat. Thank You for everything you all did for us, it was very much appreciated! Our holiday in Turkey this time was 2 months long visiting many different locations and places, all the way from Australia. Mardin however was something else, and really stood out amongst the rest. If you are looking for a historical & culturally rich experience please don’t bypass this place, but especially don’t overlook this mansion. I must add that we dined in the hotel restaurant one evening and the the food was like nothing we have experienced during our times in Turkey. This was definitely on another level. Absolutely delicious, using the finest of products and quality that is truely unsurpassed . After your stay, I can assure you, you will not leave disappointed but feeling overwhelmed by the beauty and charm of this place. I personally was left emotional and humbled by the history of this place, the heartfelt hospitality and the kindness of each and every staff member. 29 Nisan-1 Mayıs 2023 tarihleri arasında Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Mardin’de konakladık. Odaların temizliği çok iyiydi. Kahvaltı ve yemekler çok lezzetliydi. Personelin güleryüzlü tutumu, resepsiyonda yöresel ikramların bulunması, otelin konumu tek kelimeyle mükemmeldi. Mardin’de bize kendimizi evimizde hissettiren Ramada Plaza oteline ve çalışanlarına teşekkürlerimizle, tekrar görüşmek ümidiyle.

We went to Mardin for Bayram holiday with my family and had the best experience. First of all, I would like to thank the hotel staff Erdem, Zozan, Zeyni, and Hasan. The experience was like my home away from home. The hotel was beautiful, a little on the expensive side but I think it was due to the local Bayram holiday in Turkey. The rooms were beautiful, clean and cozy. The hotel felt like staying at a historic mansion. The breakfast was delicious and the staff treated us like their own family. Mardin stole our hearts... . It's amazing place full of history, culture,delicious food and the nicest friendliest people I have ever met in my life..... we all absolutely loved it there and the hotel was the icing on top. I will definitely stay here next time.

Mardin’in hava şartları kötü zamanında gitmiş olmamıza rağmen otel personeli ve işletmecisi Tarık Bey bizi harika karşıladı, göz gözü görmeyen sis ve aşırı yağmurda yolda kalmış olmamıza rağmen bizi yoldan karşıladılar hemen sıcak çay ikram ettiler bizi rahat ve mutlu etmek adına gerçekten çok içten ve samimiyetle davrandılar.. Tüm personel çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü..Kahvaltısı şahaneydi yok yoktu ellerine sağlık 🙏🏼.. ilkbaharda tekrar gitmeyi planlıyoruz başka otelde asla kalmayız .. Biz çok memnun kaldık ve rahat ettik .. Ayrılırken Tarık beyle vedalaşamadık ama buradan herkese sonsuz sevgi ve selamlar iletiyorum tekrar .. Bu dünya böyle güzel ve iyi insanlar yüzü suyu hürmetine dönüyor , iyi ki varsınız 🙏🏼 Teyzemin ve benim adıma yardımlarınız için çooookkk teşekkürler🙏🏼

The room and the accommodation were very nice and with a certain local theme, generating a very rewarding immersion in the tourist climate of the city. The breakfast it was also very good. It is important to point out that the old part of the city is practically a labyrinth, so it was also very difficult to find the location of the accommodation. For those coming by car, an essential tip is to be restricted to driving only on the two main streets that pass through the old part of Mardin, the ”Yeni Yol Cd.” and the ”1. Cadde”, because Google Maps will insist on making you enter very tiny cross streets that will be impossible to advance.
