I stayed at hotel grand last saturday and had a mixed experience. Here are my thoughts: location:
the location of the hotel is good, providing easy access to local attractions and amenities. It’s situated in ushagram, a convenient and vibrant area. Food:
the food at the hotel was good. However, the breakfast was a significant disappointment. It was unsatisfactory and not up to the mark, lacking in quality and variety. This aspect of the hotel definitely needs improvement to meet guests' expectations. Services:
the services provided by the hotel staff were as per standard. The staff were professional and met the basic expectations, but there was nothing particularly outstanding. Amenities:
the amenities at hotel were also up to the mark. The room facilities and other common areas were well-maintained and satisfactory, providing a comfortable environment. Pool (a huge disappointment) :
the most disappointing aspect of the stay was the condition of the pool. The primary reason for choosing hotel grand was the pool, but it was found to be in an unhygienic state with unclean water. This was a major letdown and significantly impacted the overall experience. While hotel grand has its positives in terms of location and food, the unsatisfactory breakfast and the poor condition of the pool overshadow these aspects. Given the importance of a clean and enjoyable pool experience, i would not choose this hotel in the future.
