First I booked your hotel after check in get good experience. Warm welcome your front office team, after that another team those are clean my room they clean my room with standard. Your food good but not get time to enter your bar............

It's really good felling.with my gf room was awesome & well cleaned. Hospitality is too good .iam going many time fern residency with my gf. She also like room iam telling guys plss u will go fern residency it's really good to have some time with your love ones

Awesome food. Sanjit helped me to select great food here. Ambience was top notch. Loved the food here. It was a quite place where variety of alcohol options were there. Parking available here. Place color combination was good. Try chef special cheesy chicken in starter

I went with all my staff and enjoyed the food, their service, their way they spoke to all of us and was always there to serve us. All my staff enjoyed their time there at the restaurant and Mr.Jayanta Sarkar and his team have done a marvelous work, I salute the team and longing to be there for their service.

We booked the hotel for a Golden anniversary celebration. This review is for the room service. Rooms are beautiful, lively, very clean and hygienic, the beds are warm and soft, the people are friendly and there is always someone around to help you out. The breakfast was lavish, tasty, the cheese omelet was gorgeous and the methi paranthas could not have bene better. There were healthier juice and food options too. So all in all , next time also, Fern would be our choice for stay. Mr Shubhankar deserves a call out here for being a very humble & patient person who is in-charge of the room service and gave us an awesome deal. There is just one suggestion: It wud be good to have a fan in the rooms. We do understand the concept of AC that can be adjusted as per one's needs. But with older people it is a struggle which we faced as we mainly had old people staying in the rooms, not very accustomed to using AC. And then there are people like me who are claustrophobic. I need the fan running on atleast speed 1 till the temp drops to 8 degrees.

Very professsional people. Great interiors. Good food. Clean & heigenic. Parking is also avalaible. Staffs are very helpful. Mr. Jayanta was a great professional person, very helpful and punctual. Fabulous experience. Looking forward to visit again.
