Afternoon Business Networking Tea with Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce Such an enjoyable and pleasant experience at Brands Hatch Place Hotel & Spa for our Business Networking Afternoon Tea with Kent Invicta Chamber members and guests! 🍰☕ From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and discreet, attentive service from Tomas (General Manager) and his exceptional team. They went above and beyond to make Kent-based businesses feel at home, offering insightful tours of the corporate facilities and engaging with first-time visitors, who had never visited the hotel before. The event was a perfect blend of networking and indulgence, made even sweeter by the hotel's generosity: kindly donating leftover cakes (who leaves cake?!) to a fellow Chamber charity. 💛 An exquisite afternoon, and we can't wait to return! We had a fabulous stay here for a friend's birthday last weekend. Fabulous customer service upon arrival, and throughout. We received a complimentary room upgrade which was a lovely touch. Rooms were clean, warm, conformable. We used the pool and spa which were all clean, fresh and enjoyable. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and breakfast was included in our stay. Food, drink and service was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and staff remembered us, again, a nice personal touch. Food was to a high standard, as was everything during our stay. I will definitely recommend to friends, family and future travel clients. Thank you!

Wow we enjoyed a wonderful family celebration with private dining. Staying over 3 nights and our family including young children for a 1 night stay. Food was amazing, rooms were delightful and they catered for all the family rooms with cots and adding a fridge for fresh milk etc. Staff could not have done enough and so attentive to our needs. We actually felt sad leaving as it felt like a second home. Thank you to those Debbie Katie Christine Julie Shanice Toby Annie Imogen Kate who we got to meet and to those who were behind the scenes making our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. We will be back

5*! Attentive, friendly staff made us feel so welcome during our stay. Exceptional service. Lovely room (master suite). Generous toiletries. We both slept soundly in the super comfortable bed. Scrumptious breakfasts. Good food. Enjoyed the spa facilities. We have been lucky enough to stay in some nice hotels and this was definitely up there with some of the best, so much so, we have rebooked again already for later in the year …. and this time we are bringing friends! Recommend.

This wasn't our first Christmas here, so were excited to join them for Christmas Day lunch. All our expectations were met, from the champagne reception, through the five course lunch everything was excellent. Service and staff were impeccable and friendly. Highly recommended. Thank you everyone.

I had a spa treatment from Lola , What an amazing experience. Warm friendly approach, sensitive to my need of quietness then chatty when we spoke . I would definitely recommend a treatment with Lola, she is an assert to the company. Deborah 😁

Called for lunch on the hoof and we were warmly received. We would have happily eaten in the main dining room, but this wasn’t proffered, only the bar, so we ate there. There was no music and few diners and therefore very little ambience. Service was absolutely spot on though - friendly, polite and timely. Food was ok, pleasant enough but nothing to write home about and the white wine served at room temperature. Overall then, not an amazing experience, though the hotel and grounds are very attractive and I wouldn’t rule out a stay if returning to the area.

We had a lovely time, rooms were clean, staff were polite and helpful and great value for money, with specail thanks to Danny at the bar, Sam cleaner/ house keeping, Terry server and Oralae' receptionist. All the resteraunt staff were great too and the food was amazing. We will be back and hopefully the jacuzzi will be fixed.

Just stayed here two nights whilst away with work. I was very impressed by the hotel. My room was in the mews and was a great size. Bed was comfortable, lots of pillows and cool air-conditioning. I had breakfast and lunch there both days and the food was spot on. Staff were also lovely. I will return and would happily recommend to others.
