No good wifi signal No cell signal No Prosecco mini at the bar No fish pie No hot dogs No decent craft beer / ipa No fresh decaf coffee at the bar, just instant. And a 1 hour wait for food, even it’s not busy Nobody cleans the floor in restaurant Outside kids area looks permanently out of action 1 Good point. The indoor kids area.

The room was clean and a reasonable size. The mattress was comfortable and bedding fine although the pillows were not as comfortable as I would have liked, this was only a minor complaint. It was good to be able to open the window as sometimes this is not possible.

Lovely location, standard premier inn. Only complaint was outside i had full signal on my phone, in the room I only had emergency service. There was free WiFi but that was poor as well, felt like they have deliberately made it so people have to pay to use their phone. I just struggled with it as I wasn't in the room that much.

I had a nightmare journey up from Dorset, upon arrival the woman on reception was super friendly and polite and got me out of my grumpiness. I've stayed here a few times on my travels north, always a super comfortable sleep, always wake up feeling snug and like I had a good sleep. I ate in the restaurant next door which had a good menu and the food was good. I did have a problem with my shower whoch was reported and left with the maintenance man upon my departure but it didn't impact my stay as there was still a bath to use.

The room.was really clean and warm and the bed was so comfortable...just what I needed. The staff were really warm and friendly. The meal service was also really nice...quite a few options to choose from and it was so tasty. Overall, I quite enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

There was plenty of parking (free). We arrived late and the check in staff were so friendly. Had a lovely night sleep ready for an onward trip to Edinburgh. The breakfast was nice. The views from the dining area were beautiful overlooking the lake.

Lovely location, next to a lake. Pub attached for meals. We only had breakfast there, but the kids were happy that there was a soft play inside and we saw a play area outside too. The room itself was comfortable, and quiet, little noise heard from other rooms. The children each had a little Halloween chocolate left on their pillows, which was a lovely touch and they were thrilled. Would definitely stay again if I'm travelling to/visiting that area.

The staff are absolutely lovely, but the new "upgraded" rooms are dreadful. No bath which used to be one of Premier Inn's selling points, the lovely Premier Inn pillows have disappeared and instead there are thin, worn feeling pillows. The desk/table in the room is much smaller and there is no longer a sofa, but a small chair. The room is considerably smaller than it used to be. No disrespect to the staff at this particular hotel who were wonderful, but Premier Inn upgrade is to be avoided.

All premier inns much the same but this is a rare one having a lovely view. Jamie cleaned room very well but nichola cleaned room to perfection. Like all but the oldest rooms there is very few places to put luggage down. How did the company get things so right years ago and make storage worse with each new design. Most restaurants by premier inns not too good but this is one of the best.
