設施老舊，早餐也簡陋

Bed sheets had bad stains. Asked front desk to change them. Took a long time due to staffing shortages. Breakfast was average. Tiny hot tub. Kids overran the pool for hours. Doubtful we would stay here again.

While on a road trip, we stopped in Ashland, OR at this hotel. Customer service was super - even though it was around 11 pm. Our receptionist, Tiffany, offered us the lowest rate with my veteran discount. She explained where our room was and some of the other really neat shops and restaurants in town. And what a great attitude and enthusiasm! The parking lot was very full at this time and Tiffany moved her own car so we could have her parking spot. The hotel was well kept, very clean and in a lovely location. Our room was spacious and clean and no odors. Continental breakfast in the morning was also good. Upon checking out around 11 am, we met Isaiah at the front desk who was as equally friendly and helpful as Tiffany. Please commend these two individuals for having such a great attitude and personality and being so eager to assist two Veterans. We felt welcome and comfortable.

This hotel is a mainstay- just consistently clean and friendly. Seems nearly every room is well maintained and super clean. Check-in staff always welcoming and responded to any concerns we had. Breakfast hot and coffee strong !

入住方便早餐也很方便前台熱情，靠近I5高速上下高速方便，早起可以看雪山。唯獨不便的是房間空調聲音實在太大。

比國內所謂的溫泉酒店不知高到哪兒去了，房內真溫泉，所有的用具高大山，乾濕分區，客廳夠大夠舒適，滿足辦公需求。早餐也上剩！

This hotel is in a very nice location. I have pros and cons. The hotel hallways have an old smell and doors and frames need new face by refurbishing. But courtyard is very nice and breakfast was excellent. In sum, this hotel needs major remodeling by changing carpet, doors and frames refurbishing, and paint.

This place is heaven. Two sinks in bathroom. Coffee and tea choices for coffee maker. Iron. Place to hang your clothes. Three chairs, a table and a desk. Plenty of room. The bed is delightfully firm and soft. Lots of pillows. Refrigerator in room. Some rooms have microwave but they have a microwave in the office you can use if you need one. Nice breakfast with lots of choices. Front desk staff helpful. Love the decor. Hot tub and swimming pool. I wish every place I stayed was like this one
