Sebaik sahaja saya masuk, saya tertarik dengan ***a hiasan hotel, yang ringkas tetapi ber***a, dan setiap perincian mendedahkan penjagaan dan rasa. Bilik itu bersih dan kemas, peralatan tempat tidurnya sangat selesa, dan saya tidur lena sepanjang malam! Sama ada dari segi perkhidmatan, keselamatan atau ketenangan, ia sangat sesuai untuk orang yang melancong. Saya fikir ia sangat mengagumkan saya dari perspektif prestasi kos sahaja! Lagipun abang bos ni memang kejam dan tak banyak cakap. Dia membantu kami membawa kotak dan mengalihkannya. Kami mendaftar keluar dan dia sudi membantu kami membawa bagasi ke tepi jalan. Dia sangat hebat, sangat bagus, dan dia juga sangat kacak, jadi saya sangat mengesyorkannya, anda pasti tidak akan kecewa

Since The Hump lost its old management, this is now the best hostel in Kunming. Dorms aren't cheap, but the hostel communal spaces are great, staff friendly, and location perfect. More comfortable than Chinese business hotels. Even though I'm an old man now this is my base whenever I'm in Kunming

I had a very pleasant stay at Erhai Lakeview Apartments. First photo is the view from the room, absolutely stunning! Room is big and spacious with a lot of space to open our luggage. We were assisted by very friendly and helpful staff 小乐 throughout our stay and he provided us with food recommendations around the area as well as possible itinerary or activities to do in Dali during our stay. Additionally, the apartment is conveniently located above a convenience store, local eats, a cafe, and options to rent e-scooters for transport around the city. The street opposite also has many good food options. Would recommend!

Fantastic location, hotel and amenities! Near lots of shopping and food, near the Old Pedestrian Street and Wuyi Train station to get to other places or to Kunming Train Station to go Dali and elsewhere. Room was great, big, clean and all toiletries provided, including bottled water, kettle and great tasting drip coffee and Chinese tea. Super recommended to stay or return stay.

Pertama kali datang ke Kunming Ambil kereta api bawah tanah ke Stesen Dongferng Square dan berjalan sangat dekat. Kakitangan hotel sangat mengalu-alukan. Hotel ini mempunyai hadiah kecil untuk anak perempuan kami juga. Selepas selesai, kami keluar untuk mencari makan malam. Location is fantastic. Inside the ancient city but near to the main road tgat made it easy for taxi ride to other location. You will meet the hospitable and friendly 'A Fei' who can helps you with everything. If you plan to stay here, dont book the JDSM yourself. Get A Fei to help you. We got him to book our transport from Li Jiang to Shangri-la. Water pressure good, got a good hair dryer and room exactly like photo. I will stay back in tgis hotel if i go to Li Jiang again.

Our stay was truly wonderful and beyond our expectations. From the beautiful surroundings to the heartfelt service, everything made this a very special experience for our family. What impressed us most was the amazing team behind the hotel. From the front desk, to the activity organisers, to the restaurant staff, everyone was warm, friendly, helpful, and attentive. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. It is not easy to find a hotel where the service feels so sincere and consistent in every part of the experience. The room arrangement was one of the most unforgettable parts of our stay. Waking up to the breathtaking view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain was simply amazing. The view received so many compliments from our friends and family, and many of them even asked us more about the hotel because they were so impressed. It truly made our stay feel extra special. A very special thank you to Jennifer, the Front Office Manager, for her prompt replies and thoughtful arrangements before our stay. Her care and attention to detail made us feel reassured even before we arrived, and we really appreciated all the effort she put in to make our stay so well arranged. Another highlight was how kid-friendly the hotel is. There were so many enjoyable activities for children, especially the animal feeding sessions and campfire dancing. Our child enjoyed them so much, and seeing her so happy made the stay even more meaningful for us. The fact that she is already asking to come back says everything. Breakfast was also a wonderful part of our stay. There was a good variety, the food was enjoyable, and the setting was beautiful. Starting each morning with the peaceful view of the lake and mountains made the experience even more special. This hotel truly raised our expectations of what a great and luxurious hotel should be. It is not only a beautiful property, but also a place made special by a team that brings so much warmth, care, and dedication to every guest’s stay. Congratulations to the hotel for having such an outstanding team and such a wonderful place. Thank you for giving our family such beautiful memories. We will remember this stay fondly.

Our stay in this luxury bedroom suite was a memorable experience, largely due to the exceptional accommodations. The suite itself was nothing short of spectacular—incredibly spacious and warmly appointed. The layout was impeccably designed, featuring a foyer, a living area, a comfortable bedroom, and a walk-in wardrobe. The bathroom was a highlight, with a separate water closet, a vanity area with a deep-soaking bathtub, and a separate, spacious double shower room. The private outdoor sitting area that led to a huge, rejuvenating hot spring was the crown jewel of the suite. It's important to note the location within the Dong Feng Yun Scenic Area. A significant benefit is that the hotel provides the scenic area entrance ticket and transport to and from the gate, which is excellent. However, its setting means it is quite far from Jianshui's Old Town and other key locations. This can be inconvenient when you wish to visit other spots or find dining options outside the hotel. A major logistical issue we encountered was with return trips. When trying to get back to the hotel, most taxi drivers requested a top-up payment, as they would have to return to the city center without a passenger. Service at the hotel was generally good; the staff were prompt and attentive upon our arrival and throughout our stay. However, we noted a noticeable drop in attentiveness during the checkout process. A minor point to note is the centralized A/C system, which meant we couldn't control the room temperature individually. That said, the provision of a standing fan was a thoughtful and effective solution. The food at the hotel's restaurant was acceptable, though it didn't quite match the exceptional standard of the suite itself. Overall, this is a truly magnificent property for the space and privacy it offers, but its remote location requires careful planning and extra budget for transportation.

這是我第二次入住雅高集團旗下酒店，本次選擇玉溪鉑爾曼，整體入住體驗十分出色，遠超預期。入住前酒店就主動致電溝通，細緻詢問我的各項需求，服務十分貼心。週末早餐可延遲至11點，對出行安排非常友好。 酒店全體工作人員態度都格外熱情：前台辦理高效順暢，行李房員工主動幫忙搬運行李，還特意幫我到負三 取回快遞。中餐廳服務細緻周到，客房大姐親切熱情，，解決了我的實際難題。 最讓我感動的是西餐廳的暖心細節。昨天我端着一碗滾燙、快要溢出的麪條，服務生沈亞東主動上前，小心翼翼用託盤幫我穩妥送到座位，全程耐心又細心，這個小小的舉動讓我倍感温暖。 從入住到離店，每一處服務都用心到位，真正做到了賓至如歸。玉溪鉑爾曼無論是硬件品質還是軟性服務都十分優秀，是一次非常滿意的入住體驗，強烈推薦給大家！

This was one of the most exciting and memorable stays during our trip in Yunnan. I had many warm and meaningful conversations with the owner, and I can truly say that the entire staff was extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. Their support made our stay feel very easy and comfortable. We stayed in a lovely room furnished entirely in traditional Chinese style, which made the experience feel truly unique and authentic. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and every detail reflected the local character. One of the best things about this accommodation is its location. It is right inside the Old Town of Lijiang—quiet and peaceful, yet at the same time you really feel like you are part of the old town itself. It never felt noisy, but instead warm, lively, and full of atmosphere. The courtyard is beautifully designed in classic Lijiang style, creating a space where guests can truly relax. I stayed on the second floor, and every afternoon I could enjoy the warm sunlight while looking down into the courtyard. Those moments felt incredibly romantic and special, and they gave me a deep sense of connection to the place. A very special highlight were the two dogs, so typical of Lijiang. They are quite big, but incredibly gentle and friendly, and they truly made the place feel like home. Their presence added warmth and character to the stay and made everything feel even more welcoming. This is one of those accommodations where foreign guests can genuinely feel at home while experiencing the real spirit of Lijiang. Everything about this stay felt authentic and heartfelt. I can recommend this place to everyone with complete confidence—it was simply perfect, a true 10 out of 10.
