Excellent buffet and the public bathroom area is very nice. Nice view from the room looking at the mountain with large area of green. Lots of parking space.

We have enjoyed the stay and have slept well in the comfortable bed. The room is very spacious, new and clean.

We drove to the main store at first. Although there is a free shuttle bus from the main store to this branch, remember not to make a mistake if you drive by yourself. The hotel has a children's activity area and a hot water park where you need to wear a swimsuit. There are also two hot spring areas, including carbonated springs and sulfur springs. It takes about 30 minutes to drive to the Aso crater, which is very convenient! There is also free hell ramen for midnight snacks. We bought a hotel package that includes dinner. Dinner has sashimi and local wine to drink. It is very rich and recommended!

Room was spacious but the bathroom was awkwardly small. There is NO hair conditioner in the bathroom. The fridge was so cold that the milk froze! The mattress and pillow were so comfy, soft, and firm at the time. We slept very well and didn’t want to leave the bed!

A bit difficult to find but we had an interesting stay, traditional Japanese bedding needs some getting used to, loved the private shower room, and the price was great as well.

The hotel is located on a very large golf course. Everywhere green soft is very comfortable. Guests have a number of facilities available, including billiards, grass skiing, golf, badminton, and board games. The buffet dinner has all-you-can-drink sake, white wine and red wine. There are long crab legs all you can eat. Breakfast is a variety of homemade smoothies. The drive to Kusamachi is half an hour.

Hotels that only want to serve tour groups do not want to accommodate independent travelers. We arrived at 2:30pm and asked if we could check in half an hour early. The employee pointed out that check-in could only be done at 3pm. Then we asked if we could store our luggage, but the employee said she couldn't find our order. She was willing to look for our order only after we showed the trip.com order page. The usage hours of the private hot spring are from 3pm to 9am. We went to the front desk at 10pm to ask about the location of the private hot spring, and she directly told us ”no”. After asking again, we were allowed to enter and let us leave at 12am. Check out time was 10am. We felt very sorry that we didn't leave until 10:08am. They called us 4 times during this period and the attitude was very bad. The employees don't speak English at all, and they won't actively help solve problems. They will just reject you directly, making people feel that you shouldn't bother them, and there is no one on duty at the front desk for a long time.

The service attitude of the counter staff was good, and the accommodation rules were clearly explained. The public bathhouse on the first floor is well-equipped. There was a little girl crawling in the outdoor female public pool on the top floor, so I didn't go there. There are many types of breakfast, and there is unlimited supply of Aso milk. You can eat a lot. full. It is recommended to live in a high-rise building, so you can see the beautiful scenery of Mount Aso outside the window in the morning.

The hotel is very clean. You need to change the hotel shoes at the entrance of the hotel. The service attitude is very good. As soon as you enter the door, you will be taken to the sofa in the lobby to sit, and then the special matcha 🍵 will be served for you to taste. While introducing the hotel's facilities and services, they helped me check in and sent all the luggage to the room. After checking in, they also sent me to the room and explained the facilities in the room to me one by one. The room is designed in Japanese style, and it's quite new. The toilet lid will open automatically when you open the toilet door😂. The only regret is that there is no bathtub. If you want to take a bath, you have to go to the hot spring pool. The hotel also has a private bath, which can be used for 40 minutes. There are comics to read at the entrance of the hot spring🥰. You can soak in the hot spring here 24 hours a day😎. There is a starry sky bar on the top floor, which is open from 9pm to 11.30pm. I didn't go there due to lack of time. I had Japanese set meals in the morning for three consecutive days, so..., it would be better if there were more Western options. If you can, it would be a good choice to stay for two days. There are also many delicious foods near the hotel. I ate horse meat and pork ramen nearby,😁😁
