Hotel dengan WiFi di Assago

Vengo accolto dal personale del ricevimento che svolge le operazioni di Check-in con rapidità e cortesia. Stanza pulita silenziosa con tutti i confort, frigobar scarso. Hotel perfetto per una notte ma anche più, comoda la posizione, garage interno gratuito al coperto un po piccolo, in ogni caso consigliato.

There are 3 hotels in this area and this one was the most expensive. Seems with that, is an expensive cost for any items you buy here as well. Perhaps because it is a business hotel and there was a conference here, they think the money you spend is not your own, but company money. However, if the phrase ‘Time Is Money’ is true in life, then I spent a fortune here wasting time at reception waiting to get my key card revalidated. This, they said, was due to my card key being near my mobile phone. But it wasn’t all the time, so maybe there was a problem with the room door lock? Who knows, but if you are going to stay here, I suggest you carry it around held in your teeth! The best thing about this hotel is Giuseppe on the front desk. Helpful, friendly and always smiling, something that cannot be said for all the staff here unfortunately.

I love this hotel and have stayed many times. This time however I was feeling less than happy. The reception staff could benefit from customer service and hospitality training. They seemed to have great difficulty in checking people in with an altogether disinterested negative attitude.. My first room had no handle on the window therefore it couldn't be opened the room was stifling. The room was changed this one had a very loose handle on the window and the heating dial broken off the wall therefore this room was very cold the complete opposite. But I didn't feel I could ask to change again. We wanted to have a drink in the bar but we're told by the waiter in the bar that we couldn't because the tables were for food only. Luckily the barman said we could sit at the bar. Overall this time generally the staff made us feel unwelcome especially when we checked out. The only exception was the gentleman who came to see us in the second room who tried to be helpful.

Niveau extérieur et emplacement, c’est pas fou. Au bord d’une route avec énormément de trafic, façade assez industrielle. Pas très attirant. La décoration intérieure est très belle, c’est agréable, confortable et chaleureux. Le personnel est plutôt gentil et l’hôtel est grand avec pleins de canapé pour se poser avec un verre. Les chambres sont bien, la salle de bain est super mise à part la douche qui a très peu de pression. Nous étions en voyage organisé et le repas était vraiment nul. Des pâtes avec des légumes et une purée très liquide ? Cela ne ressemble en rien à de la cuisine italienne !! Un peu déçu de cette expérience, néanmoins la piscine est agréable malgré le bruit des voitures.
