Hotel berhampiran La Lomba El Puño, Asturias

Es la tercera vez que nos alojamos en Tierra del agua y no será la última. Para mí lo más importante y lo que nos hace repetir cada vez que necesitamos un finde de desconexión es, además por supuesto del entorno y los bonitos apartamentos, la calidad humana. El equipo es familiar, encantador y siempre nos ha dado una sensación de buen rollo que hace la estancia aún más agradable. El restaurante , aunque tiene una carta muy pequeña, tiene una atención excelente y muy buena calidad de producto y el desayuno no puede ser más rico, una experiencia de desconexión perfecta, nunca me cansaré de recomendarlo. The hotel as a whole is a beautiful place in a wonderful location. The first impression was great. Friendly and welcoming check-in. However, once details come up and they are not resolved, it becomes annoying. Rooms lack basic amenities like tissues, cotton buds, cotton pads, nail file (amenities that are standard in a 5 star hotel). The same room types, which cost exactly the same per night, differ in the amenities that are available in some and not in others. We have 3 rooms of the same category. For example, there is full body mirror in room 203. But a mirror in room 202. (Same room type.) There is a long full-length mirror in 203 and 103 and there is none in 202. There is also a coffee maker in 202 but not in the other 2 rooms.. these are small insignificant details. The biggest problem is not the lack of amenities but the lack of attention because there is not enough staff. It's really a ”one man show”.... In the F&B areas. At the reception... no one answers the phone when you need reception and the coffee at breakfast only comes after breakfast has already been served... feel sorry for the poor staff, they are overworked. However when you need something done in the room... you can call and call, they might apologise but no other solution is given other than a room move. Which on a holiday is not very practical. The bathroom blinds in room 202 are damaged, no one even tries to fix it. In room 203 the windows do not open (faulty) maintenance does not check the condition... only solution is a room move... it would be nice for at least a gesture of finding a solution... I hope the people in charge read this because the place is beautiful, it has a lot of potential and it would be nice if other future guests could enjoy it and not be annoyed by small details that add up and become a burden during the stay.

We have been coming to Spain for over 27 years and during this time we have stayed in some good hotels and some where we have questioned the 5 star rating. Our tour of Northern Spain concluded with 2 nights in Palacio de Luces which is possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed in across Spain. There has clearly been huge inves**ent across all areas. Our room was immaculate and the quality of furnishings surpassed many of the 5 star hotels we have stayed in. The views from the public areas are stunning,made more impressive by the floor to ceiling glass screens. We would normally dine out but having sampled the restaurant on our first night we rebooked for a second night. The food was superb and the staff all took real pride in delivering great service. Last but not least the spa area looks like it was built yesterday. It is immaculate, peaceful and a wonderful addition for guests tired after a day exploring the local towns which are very hilly! ( comfortable shoes are a must). Thank you to all the wonderful staff. Your hotel is an absolute gem which we are delighted we stumbled upon.

Lo primero es que el hotel está en un magnífico sitio, soy minusvalido y voy en silla de ruedas el hotel está totalmente adaptado para nosotros, la habitación es muy amplia y permitirme decir que muy bonita, el servicio de limpieza estupendo, los recepcionistas excelentes muy amables y resolutivos, la comida muy buena. En mi primera experiencia en este hotel ha sido maravillosa y seguro que volveré a él. Recomendable 100%

Muy buen hotel, piscina exterior muy buena, fácil aparcamiento está a 5 minutos en coche del centro se puede ir andando sin problema, habitaciones modernas e impecables, buen trato de los trabajadores, volveré seguro

Nunca dejo opiniones, ni buenas ni malas pero esta vez lo merece, porque desde que entre en la habitación de este hotel sentí paz, comodidad, calor y relax. Hemos pasado dos noches con desayuno en el Exe Centro y me he disfrutado mucho de la calidez de la habitación, los colchones sin ser visco son cómodos, las las almohadas también, las ventanas enormes, la habitación en si, gigante y muy acogedora. Suelo coger hoteles para dormir y ya pero estaba deseando llegar y darme una ducha caliente con los amenities que había que eran geniales. La ubicación genial. La sala del desayuno quizá algo pequeña, un poco colapsada en hora punta pero nada que no lo calme un poco de paciencia, además había bastante variedad de cosas tanto duleces como saladas para comer. Y las tazas del desayuno muy chulas! En resumen, un espacio tranquilo, muy acogedor, bonito, elegante y cómodo para descansar a Muy buen precio en Oviedo.

Para ser un hotel 4 estrellas, no está a la altura. Habitaciones pequeñas, mobiliario muy estropeado. Primera vez que paso frío en un hotel, en febrero y la cama sólo con sábanas y una manta fina en el armario por si tienes frío. La calefacción no funcionaba. Camas incómodas, se notan los muelles y sólo disponen de una almohada baja, sin posibilidad de tener dos tipo de almohada según el gusto. Y juntan dos camas para hacer una de matrimonio pero sin frenos por lo que se separaban una de la otra. Desayuno cutre, no quedaba casi de nada y tampoco reponían con frecuencia, zumos de bote, café aguado. Si tuviera menos estrellas no estaría mal pero el nivel que dicen tener, no lo tienen por ningún lado.

Stay here for 2 nights The hostel is located in the heart of the historic centre Oviedo, just one street away from the bustling Plaza de la Constitución and City Hall of Oviedo. The hostel is about 15 minutes walk from the main bus and train station in the city and pretty easy to find once I find my way to the city hall. Check-in was really straightforward as the hostel asked me to check in online and all reception needed was my passport to confirm my identity. I was shown all around the hostel, including the kitchen, common area and of course the dorm. The dorm was a four bed dorm with 2 bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub. The shower and toilets worked well. The bunks were the wooden frame variety, although it was pretty sturdy. Even though my bunkmate was a bit of a night owl, I still got 2 nights of good sleep. The mattress was some kind of thick foam and really comfortable. The covers were thick and I had asked for an extra blanket. Even though it was cold, it still felt warm and cosy under the blankets. Breakfast was provided and mainly consisted of cereals, toasts and spreads, tea and coffee. Nothing fancy, but good for the price of the stay. The kitchen and plenty of utensils as well as cooking equipment, and could be used by guests for cooking too. The hostel is also situated on two floors, with the upper floor also containing rooms, a kitchen and a terrace. It was too cold to use at this time of the year, but I did wander up and it has a lovely view of the city hall. The hostel, room and bathroom were kept clean throughout my stay. The staff are awesome, friendly and helpful. They have lots of information for things to do and see in Oviedo and the surrounding area. I would have no hesitation staying at Green Hostel again.

A fabulous building left from the hand of God by the town hall. You will enjoy excellent rooms, views (if there is no fog) good - depending on the room-. I understand that the location is not central, but Oviedo is not a big city, and in a short time you are anywhere, on foot. What is a pity is that the building has not been turned into a tourist destination (France or Italy would put it in the guides), leaving it to wither in isolation. We already know that Calatrava does not finish a work without anger, and the promise that the cover would move was not fulfilled. But the building is spectacular. The downside, without a restaurant in a hotel of such category, forces you to make plans away from it. People, room, cleanliness. Good Elevators should improve, bootlenecks occur. Place, not centered, but you can walk to the downtown in 10'
