4 DAYS AGO MY FAMILY AND I WENT TO CANCUN IN SOKHNA WE HAD SOO MUCH FUN.I WESH WE CAN GO AGEN.IN THE 1DAY WE WENT TO A POOL PARTY AT NIGHT.IN THE 2DAY WE DED ALETELBET OF YOGA THEN WE WENT TO A PARTY AT THE BEACH.IN THE FAYNAL DAY MY DAD AND I WHAN IN A SANCASEL COMPETESHON VS OTHER FAMILYS.IM SAD THAT WE LEFT BUT I WODE RECAMEND TO GO. I AM 8 YEARS OLD YOUNIS BADAWY

Absolutely amazing place, staff are so friendly! When we arrived everyone waved, remembered us as this is the third time we have arrived. Ammar and Ibrahim at the pool are both friendly, accommodating to all nationalities and ages. Ibrahim is my favourite and makes the most delicious chocolate milkshake and has world class customer service. Chef Mohammed Salah made me Toumaya as it’s my favourite, this was only because they heard it’s my favourite so he went out of the way to make me. Nader in the Zen bar makes the most amazing Cinderella/ Arizona sunset non alcoholic cocktail tails. Chef Islam makes the only calamari i eat, which was tender and like chicken. I felt so welcome in all places, the hotel, rooms and environment is very clean. We were half board food was amazing! So much variety and restaurant onsite for any lunch great options at brill at prices. We saw dolphins daily in the sea it was truly magical. We shall be coming back every year as it feels like home.

من احلى الاماكن فى العين السخنه فندق teda Swiss inn من اول فرض الامن الى التسكين كل الناس همها رحتك وبس ويسلام لو معاك اطفال هينبسو جدا فى منطقه العاب الماءيه ومنطقه fun valley الاكل فطار كويس وفيه تنوع كتير العشاء مش احسن حاجه يجب كل يوم عمل bqq وتنوع اكثر من الازم بشكل عام الاكل ظريف نيجى بقه للناس المحترمه اللى لازم نشكرهم القائد الاستاذ / محمد سعد فى الريسبشن قمه فى الزوق والاحترام والمساعده استاذ / وليد فى المطعم راجل فى منتهى الاحترام وبشوش ويخدمك من قلبه وطبعا القاءي / محمود حامد فى خدمه الغرف قمه فى الزوق والمساعده وطبعا الوجه البشوش وطبعا الاستوره الاستاذ / كارم اسم على مسمى فعلا راجل فى منتهى الاحترام والمساهده مع انى كنا فى رمضان وكان صايم بس فعلا شايف شغله على اكمل وجهه شكرا teda رمضان كريم وعيد سعيد عليكم تجربه تستحق التقرار

المكان جميل اوي البول تحفه ونضيف والجو مش حر اوي كمان الاستاف متعاون جدا وفريندلي الانميشن اكتف وساعدونا اننا نستمتع طول الوقت الرومز جميله ونضيفه وواسعه جدا المطعم في منتهي النضافه والرقي الاكل تحفه حابه اشكر كل الناس الس بتشتغل في المطعم ان شاء الله الرحله دي اكيد تتكرر تاني لنفس المكان

الاوتيل تحفة بصراحة نظافة رهيبة البوفيه تحفة السرفس و الأكل واااااو بوفيه الكرسمس كان عاااااالمي الشيف كل حاجة بتطلبيها منو بيعملهالك على طول و باحسن الطرق بجد مبسوطة جدا وعندهم ويتر اسمو احمد ابو خليل كانت عينو علينا طول الوقت قبل ما تناديه تلاقيه جنبك على طول

المكان جميل والخدمة ممتازةالادارة متعاونة معانا والاكل متنوع ومتجدد كل يوم وجميل ومن ناحية النظافة فبديلو 9/10 والشاطىء رائع والبحر مفيش صخور والرملة نضيفة الفندق كله زرع بس مع كده مفيش حشرات او زواحف والبسين نضيف جدا الانيميشن تيم تحفه وناس محترمه ومحبوبه جدا ❤️❤️

Rooms are good but I don’t think they are refilled with supplies properly after each guest checks out. For example, our room had no toilet paper and not even a soap bar at the toilet sink. Service is EXTREMELY slow and everything takes a minimum of 30 mins from request till fulfillment. Again it took the bellman 40 solid minutes to get us of bags from the reception and we had to wait to get dressed for the pool. Location of the hotel in Sokhna is alright but if you intend to visit the beach you need to either have your car or wait for a shuttle cart that shows up every HOUR I took my wife as a surprise for her and honestly we were both disappointed by the quality of service. Would not repeat my visit..
