Brief overnight stay. Everything was fine. The room was comfortable and spacious. The balcony and sea view was a bonus. Nice big shower in the bathroom but no hand towels. Wi-Fi was good but required a different log-in when outside the room. In the common areas, the gym was good and pretty well equipped. The covered pool was a bit small and random. Unfortunately we had to skip breakfast as we had a very early flight to catch.

A big modern hotel in Samarinda. The location is a bit far from the city centre (20 mins driving while the traffic low and 30-35 mins in the rush hour). Although it’s located just above the Big Mall, the hotel has poor accessibility, especially for pedestrians and online food couriers because they have to go through the car ramp to get into the hotel’s front door! The room is modern, clean, and have great amenities. But, the noise from outside the room could be heard easily since it has poor soundproofing. When i checked in, it took more than one hour since i have to lined up into the queue and the process itself took a long time. It was the longest time i spend for check in! The queue is only five person in front of me and they opened all the check in counters.

This is probably the best hotel in Balikpapan. The room is clean and comfortable. All the staffs are polite and professional from the front desk to the F&B department. The room service menu could be improve further but I love my Ayam Penyet and Soto Soup. Excellent food. Bfast buffet spread was also very good. Thanks to Karen and Inka for always making sure that all our needs are met. We will be back again soon.

Ia benar-benar berbau rokok di seluruh hotel, walaupun di dalam bilik saya yang tidak merokok.. Pusat elektrik hanya di hadapan hotel menghembus asap tanpa henti daripada arang batu yang terbakar. 1 lif sahaja, kadang-kadang lama menunggu. Bass dari diskotik boleh didengari sehingga tingkat 6, sukar untuk tidur. Beberapa orang menakutkan melepak di dewan utama selepas 11 malam.. Isyarat wifi paling teruk yang saya tidak pernah jumpa sepanjang perjalanan saya.. Sarapan pagi dan kakitangan yang bekerja di sana adalah satu-satunya perkara yang baik. Pasti tidak mengesyorkan

I came to restaurant aston samarinda. I just wanted to say thank you. The quality of the service from ms anti 🥰 very excellent and food was delicious. It's nice to know there are such places. We will definitely be coming again ! Many thanks again 💯👏💪👍

The place was amazing for a birthday dinner, an anniversary dinner, etc. The service was excellent, Mas Fajar was my server. He’s so helpful and detailed when describing the menu, he’s a well-train photographer for people like me who likes taking pictures. I really recommended this place to y'all that gonna have a special event coming up. The glazed salmon was delicious!

The only 4 star hotel in Sangatta. They upgrade our hotel to executive suite since the junior suite are fully booked. The security staff is excellent. They do.not offer the breakfast for online booking, but we can buy the breakfast for IDR 50.000/person.

Saya nginap di lantai 7 Kamar bau asap rokok, gorden kotor, jendela bisa di buka padahal tulisannya di kunci pihak hotel, berdebu, air dari wc merembes keluar, air panasnya ga ada! Ga lagi deh, cukup sekali mending guest house 100rb an daripada hotel 300rban

Location is wonderful. But little dirty and too much noisy. I can hear clearly the outside store music sound until late time and traffic sound also. For the more, The room was not soundproofed at all, so I could hear sounds from the room next door and the hallway very clearly.
