Hotel berhampiran Fresh Line, Athens

Cheap price , comfortable bed, not too much to ask for. The surrounding area is not very safe. It is recommended to go to the city center according to the route provided by the hotel. The shower room needs to be improved. It is best not to put the men's and women's shower rooms in the same room and separate them with plastic curtains.

I’m sad to read that there was this problem even ages ago, and till last week nothing has changed… I didn’t check tripadvisor before to book I’m only opening this to let the others know this problem but I’m seeing it’s an old and unsolved problem. After the orribile first night told to the reception what happened, oh ok I’ll send the housekeeper to sanificate the room, when we returned back in the evening I think nobody has never entered into that room coz the sheet were still dirty of blood. Second night again, this time they changed us the room, same problem meanwhile I was getting worst and worst and fortunately they chased just me (we were with 2 kids 2 and an half, and 8 months baby). Once again I went down to the reception and we got another room, but nothing changed. The only thing they have to do is junk everything in the bin start to sanificate and deep clean from the rooftop to the basement, then paint the wall and new everything. (We were 4 but in the first two rooms we got 3 single beds, in the last one just a doble bed)

Negative points:Breakfast buffet has less variety of food. It needs to include fruit squeezer and fried eggs. Black people stay nearby. Positive points: location is very good with 2 metro stations, especially omonia where 2 metro lines interact. They are very helpful for tourist to visit interesting places like acropolis. Staff service is excellent. Indian restaurants nearby offer delicious but cheaper food.

Es un hotel con muy buena ubicación. Se nota que es antiguo pero se mantiene en buenas condiciones.

Ia di pusat bandar tetapi agak jauh dari semua tarikan. 20-30 minit bergantung pada trafik dengan kereta api. Lokasi adalah kejiranan yang saya agak takut tetapi ia selamat setakat ini sejak saya tinggal di sini. Apart**en adalah kunci w dan kunci digital yang selamat sepenuhnya yang membuatkan saya berasa selamat. Ia berdekatan dengan metro 5mins berjalan kaki. Banyak kedai dan pasar raya di sekitar jadi jangan risau tentang apa-apa. Bilik bersih dengan katil sofa tambahan. Tempat untuk anda memasak. Datang dengan jakuzi tetapi tidak pasti sama ada mereka menukar air kerana sudah ada air di dalam jakuzi. Jika anda tidak keberatan menaiki kereta api dan tempat yang bersih dan jangan pecah bank anda. Tetapi saya mencari tempat dengan harga yang sama dan lebih dekat dengan tempat-tempat tarikan jadi ia hanya bergantung pada seberapa cepat anda menempah bilik anda.

Initially, I didn’t get the room which I checked and booked online according to the photos in the App! WiFi problem at all and low level of services and cleanliness.

The hotel is located within reasonable proximity to the Viktoria Metro station (ten-minute walk) in a working-class neighborhood with many immigrant families. Restaurants are within a five-to-ten-minute walk as well and there are many little markets surrounding the hotel where we bought fruit and snacks. The staff in the hotel were amazing and did their best to accommodate us, especially Helena at the front desk who was exceptionally kind. The inexpensive basic room was adequate and came with a small high-def LG TV mounted on the wall. The WIFI was free, and the signal was reliable. A minor issue with a broken shower hose was addressed immediately. There was no shortage of hot water (you do need to let the hot water run for a couple of minutes in the evening to bleed the pipe). Clean towels every day and the beds were always made up for us when we arrived home. The one negative was that the mattresses in our room were hard as rock, but that may have just been our room. Overall, I would recommend the hotel to travelers. FYI: It cost us 36 Euros from the hotel to the airport.

Cominciamo con gli aspetti positivi: colazione molto apprezzabile nella qualità, quantità e varietà, disponibile dalle 7 alle 11, cosa che non è da tutti. Inoltre è abbastanza comodo alla metropolitana, non lontano dal centro e in una zona discreta. Receptionist gentili. Ora passiamo al resto. All'arrivo, nonostante la prenotazione prevedesse stanze doppie (siamo tutti colleghi perché è un viaggio di lavoro) hanno cercato di rifilarci tre matrimoniali, sostituite dopo le nostre proteste. Le stanze avevano un bagno piccolo, con finestrella che affaccia sulla corrispettiva della stanza attigua, a pochi centimetri; la doccia sarà 60 x 60, ti lavi con la tenda appiccicata addosso perché non c'è un box; il lavandino sembra una piccola acquasantiera, dimensione camper. Le donne delle pulizie sono molto sollecite a cambiare ogni giorno saponette, asciugamani e bagnoschiuma, in barba ad ogni sensibilità ecologica (ho provato a farlo presente alla reception ma non sono stata assolutamente compresa, e non parlo della lingua) ma se si tratta di spazzare un pavimento, svuotare un posacenere, o buttare una busta con dentro i cartoni della pizza la loro sollecitudine svanisce di colpo, per riapparire se devono staccare dalla spina il dispositivo lasciato sotto carica. Infatti un'altra nota dolente sono le spine elettriche: una sola in tutta la camera, una in bagno (che non regge un phone o una piastra, al massimo un rasoio elettrico). Il phone al muro c'è a dire il vero, ma è molto basic. Questo hotel usa ancora le chiavi al posto delle carte magnetiche: e di esse è molto geloso, al punto che le persone in camera erano due, ma la chiave a cui avevano diritto era una! La differenziata non esiste, qui la transazione ecologica deve ancora incominciare. Vedete un po' voi, io non tornerò in questo hotel, ma ad Atene spero proprio di sì, è una città meravigliosa!
