Great location, friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms. Everything was very good.You can also get a glimpse of the Acropolis from the balcony.

The hotel is generally quite good, but the elevators are a nightmare, you might have to wait up to 30 minutes. Additionally, the service is just as slow, it can take up to 30 minutes just to place an order. I’d only recommend it to people with plenty of time and patience.

Waiting ＞30 mins to get room key after checking in, waiting ＞10 mins to get a lift up to breakfast. Rude baggage staff. Very nice rooftop pool staff. No shade at the pool available (I understand they can't put umbrellas on the roof because of wind, but don't understand at level 1 pool in courtyard). Unless you are looking for an exercise in testing your patience, avoid. Check in/out queue in pic at 3pm. Worse at 10/11am

It was a very good and excellent hotel.

Did not get a king bed but got a twin bed instead. Execllent facilities. Love the heated indoor pool the most. It comes with hot and cold jacuzzi. Gym is well equipped and well maintained. Breakfast is nice with decent spread. Room sizes are inconsistent. Same price, but some with bigger space and some are smaller. Mine is extremely small and even have to walk sideways like a crab to get into my bathroom. Disappointed that for this Grand Hyatt, there is no dental kit provided. Also no toilet seat bidet.

Got upgraded to a reasonably good room, but no desk space, sadly location is good, but it's right on a freeway.

The pool on the roof is awesome g with amazing service

I had an emergency while staying at this hotel and the people were very helpful in accommodating. I'd highly recommend them.

very good hotel and excellent service, very clean room. BTW: during our staying there is a strike for Taxi and Uber so we can not find any taxi available. The reception solved our problem even though much more expensive:-)
