Hotel di Neos Kosmos, Athens

辦理入住酒店真的是一個讓人難受的經歷。上午機場預約好的車接了我們，直奔酒店，10點就到了酒店，Check in 人還不算多，排隊等候之後辦理入住手續，告訴我房間沒有整理好，要下午3點之後回來才有房間，起碼折騰了一個小時，就是在電腦裏搗鼓了一下，也沒有説先分配好房間，製作給房間房卡，等我們外出回來可以直奔房間。寄存行李後外出觀光，結果下午3：40回到酒店，大堂裏都是人，排隊等候辦理入住手續。我挑了相對人比較少的一個隊排，大概前面就3～4個人左右吧，結果一排就是40分鐘，排的人煩躁，中間我過去問前台，上午已經辦理了check in手續的客人，能不能優先給辦理房卡？前台回答是排隊。好不容易排到我了，那個前台不是在接電話處理別的事情就是慢慢騰騰，又等了十幾分鍾，然後又找到了半天，找到我上午辦理入住手續簽過字的卡片，又幾乎是重新開始辦理上午入住時的程序………，我壓不住火氣，大聲抱怨她的效率低下，説為什麼就不能專門安排一個前台隊伍，協助上午已經排隊過已經辦理了入職手續的客人快速辦理房卡？難以置信他們的效率低下和程序設計的不合理，我抱怨説，等於一個上午來辦理入了住手續的客人，下午來領房卡，被迫還要再重新排一次長隊，等待很長的時間忍受他們低下的效率，才能到自己的房間裏。我憤怒的聲音驚動一個可能職位稍微高一些的人出來，替換了那個女的前台。然而，他還是至少用了至少20分鐘，（要我的信用卡擔保扣除60歐元的按金，信用卡刷來刷去就是刷不到位……），最終，整個過程折騰了一個多小時，終於拿到房卡。 這家酒店從地圖上看，位置不算差，但從北往南（比如從衞城那邊）步行回來，非常的不方便，不方便過馬路，要繞很長一段路才能到。Uber也要繞路回來。 早餐還算不錯，其他都算正常。 在雅典，我們到衞城排隊買票到進去的排隊經歷，感受到的也是不合理的時間浪費，到酒店入住的低下的無能，深深雅典是一個效率低下拉胯的地方。

Did not get a king bed but got a twin bed instead. Execllent facilities. Love the heated indoor pool the most. It comes with hot and cold jacuzzi. Gym is well equipped and well maintained. Breakfast is nice with decent spread. Room sizes are inconsistent. Same price, but some with bigger space and some are smaller. Mine is extremely small and even have to walk sideways like a crab to get into my bathroom. Disappointed that for this Grand Hyatt, there is no dental kit provided. Also no toilet seat bidet.

This was our first visit to Lux & Easy and it was a fantastic experience throughout. Location is excellent to get around Athens with a Metro and Tram stop a mere 5 minute walk from the accommodation and only 3 stops to Syntagma, 2 to Acropolis - location is a real hit. Amenities around are a few local mini markets, a few coffee outlets, bakeries etc - I’d recommend looking at google earth for a street view of your surroundings as if you’re explorers and what to venture out its great. If you want everything on your doorstep then I’d recommend elsewhere. The accommodation is superb. We were in room 61 which was set over two floors and had a hot tub on the balcony. As a family of four there was ample space, two bathrooms and a huge comfy bed for us to sleep on and the upstairs bedroom balcony had great views over the city. The rooms are in a two by two format over 6 floors so i believe there is only 12 rooms here - and this reflected in the quiet nature of the property. Would highly recommend!

The hotel is well located, just outside of main city centre bustle. Bus stop and hop on/off tourist bus points right on the doorstep, and a 5-10 minutes walk to nearest metro station. Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the view of the Acropolis was insane!

The room is a nice size, very clean. Staff are very helpful and polite. The location is great, there are so many great restaurants, bars and even nightclubs in the area. The breakfast at the restaurant is delicious with a large selection of Greek and non-Greek foods, and the view of the city and the Acropolis is beautiful. The only issue I had was that they had an actual coffee machine in the restaurant that it looked like the staff could’ve used to make coffees for guests, but the staff said that coffees were only available from an automated machine. It would’ve also been nice if the restaurant/rooftop was able to be accessed at other times, too, not just for breakfast.

Good hotel in general. Very clean and comfy bed. Room was big enough and bathroom designed quite modern. The door to the bathroom could be a bit more isolating, but no big deal. No watercooker in the room, but we could borrow one from the restaurant. There is occasional noice from the busy main street but it is tolerable and we also only rarely heard other guests. The staff was friendly and fulfilled all our requests.

Tolle Lage, saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal. Gleich neben dem Hotel gibt es ausreichend öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr groß, aber für den Preis ok. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Akropolis. Top! Es gibt alles, was man zum Frühstücken braucht um den Tag gut beginnen zu können. Gerne wieder

Πολύ καλό και εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό ειδικά τα κορίτσια στην ρεσεψιόν είναι επαγγελματίες με τα όλα τους....έχουμε επισκεφθεί το ξενοδ τρεις φορές και φέτος αποφάσισαν να βγάλουν το πιάτο ημέρας κάτι που μας απογοήτευσε....επίσης ενώ το εστιατόριο έχει πολύ καλό μενού δεν είναι φιλικό προς τα παιδιά όχι ας βάλουν μια μακαρόνια με κιμά κάτι ποιο απλό.....έχει όμως πίτσα οι τιμές μια χαρά το πρωί ο πολύ καλό και πλούσιο η καθαριότητα πολύ καλή.....τα παράθυρα που κοιτούν έξω σίγουρα θα ήθελαν αλλαγή αλλά δεν είναι και σημαντικό γτ εμείς είμασταν όλοι μέρα έξω...σίγουρα το βράδυ ακούγεται το μπάσο από το κλαμπ αλλά δεν ειναι τόσο όσο να σε εμποδίζει να κοιμηθείς...όμως ακούγεται....από κει και πέρα είναι σε μέρος που έχει συγκοινωνίες για παντού....σε γενικές γραμμές λοιπό. 4/5 μόνο και μόνο γτ δεν μπορούμε να φάμε εκεί λόγο ότι δεν είναι φιλικό προς τα παιδιά...επίσης έβγαλαν το πιάτο ημέρας που ήταν στα συν πέρσυ και τρίτον το μπάσο μερικές φορές είναι ενοχλητικό από το μαγαζί δίπλα....κατά αλλά έχω παει τρεις φορές και θα ξανά πάμε σίγουρα...και πάλι ένα μπράβο στα κορίτσια στην ρεσεψιόν διότι είναι καταπληκτικες φιλικές και εξυπηρέτηκες

酒店不錯，周邊很安全，環境也可以

This apartment hotel is located 15mins away from the Metro station and around 10mins away from the bus station (in the direction of Athens). They greeted us with cold after in the fridge and an ice cube bag in the freezer, considering the 35+ temperatures outside we appreciated it very much :) The apartment is quite modern, was very clean and spacious; the only annoying thing was the shower 🚿 - it was missing a door (intented) so the water was covering the whole bathroom floor....but they provided us with enough towels. We also were allowed to leave our luggage behind the counter since we came in too early for our check-in, beware that in this case you kind of have to wait for someone to open the main door for you, since they usually have nobody at the reception. The area was also pretty quiet, despite the ******* (or smth like that) being literally down the street.
