Ulasan The Claridge Hotel

First of all, it took over an hour to stand in line to check in. When I searched for a hotel, I clicked ON the boardwalk. If I had a room facing the boardwalk I'm sure I could see it. There was a park in between the hotel and the hotel. Then when I went to shower that first night, the doors were off the track. I called the front desk and they said they'd call maintenance. I had spent the morning on the beach and was exhausted and forced to go to bed dirty. First thing the next morning, I called again. About an hour later, I got maintenance. The guy reassured me that I almost had to move rooms. The doors got fixed fortunately. The elevators were a nightmare the whole trip, but the worst was check out. I waited over a half hour to get an elevator that my luggage and kids could get on. I will say, I liked that the parking garage could be accessed through the 2nd floor. You could also access Ballys from that floor. My kids enjoyed the arcade. The pool was nice and heated. I could've swore it said it had an outdoor pool as well, but couldn't find that. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the best part of the place. I personally will never stay again. It was not my worst hotel experience, but definitely not what I was hoping for.
