The service was very good and if we will return to Auckland definitely we will stay there again

We are super disappointed at Holiday Inn hotel due to the following reasons: 1) Dusty rooms The room is dusty n a bit dirty, try not to look into the balcony it’s super dirty outside that no people would like to walk out at all. The air conditioner in room and the fan in toilet are full of dust as well, so you can imagine about the air quality in room 2) No lifts and super long corridor Though we have stored our luggages at reception due to we just stayed for few hours at hotel for rest only and head to the airport at 3am, we still feel shocked that there’s lifts for reaching our room and the corridor is so long that it takes us more than 5 minutes to arrive our room. We can’t imagine how we manage that if we carry our suitcases with us. 3) No staffs present at reception When we checked in, the staff confirmed us that there will be staffs present at reception all the time (24 hours). However, when we do check out at 3am and wish to collect our luggage’s stored at reception to head to airport, we can reach NO staffs at all. We found the staffs for ten minutes but still we see no people, not until the airport bus come the staff showed up. It caused us nearly miss out our flight. 4) Poor attitude of some staffs The missing staffs at reception showed black face to us without a apologise. We are super disappointed about that. We must not choose Holiday Inn again if we come Auckland. Suggest all other tourists to think over when you book this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here, the room was clean, bed comfortable and easy access to the pool. There is a bus leaving every 5 min from the front door to the airport. Takes about 30 min.

15 minutes trip from international airport to hotel by Yellow bus NZD8 every 25minutes, back to domestic airport after a good rest the next day.

Hotel was great, conveniently located and friendly staff. Great outdoor pool.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The facilities were excellent, offering everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The staff was also friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a neat, well-equipped hotel. It was little far from airport , but there is a yellow bus which connects airport and hotels every specific intervals.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in all aspects. Very friendly and professional staff members, from check in to breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and I was so pleased to have feather pillows! Some bedside lights would be useful. The bathroom was spotless and the body products were very nice. Big buffet breakfast, great coffee and egg station. We expected a bed after a long flight, arriving in the middle of the night, we got so much more and will be back

Hotel is well maintained; big and spacious rooms and breakfast was decent as well. The price per night was good too!

Not much around the hotel but it is a very close to the airport. The gym was quite good. The hotel has no elevators and the layout means some rooms are quite a walk from reception. Reasonably priced for what is offered.

Just an average hotel, not thing special

great environment

The hotel is located near the airport with a regular shuttle bus through the day and night so getting to the airport is easy. There is no lift in the hotel so this can be hard with heavy bags. Breakfast is $35 and very limited for that price.
