The room was spacious and clean, however there was a lingering smell of cigarettes in the lounge area. The tea, coffee, sugar provisions were minimal, this was disappointing for the price. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating.

翌朝のオークランド空港からのフライトに備えて宿泊しました。空港からのシャトルバスThe Yellow Busが20〜30分に1本出ていて、シャトルバスで20分ほどで行けます。隣のTHE GATEWAY HOTELのフロントでチェックイン手続きをしてから建物に入ってみると、設備はかなり古そうですが、部屋は十分広く、シーツなどは清潔でした。エアコンはなく簡易式のヒーターだけなので、冬の寒い日は少し厳しいかもしれません。隣の部屋や廊下の物音はかなり聞こえるので、音に敏感な人にはおすすめではないかもしれませんが、真夜中は静かでしたし、泊まるだけなら十分のホテルでした。

We have stayed at Quest Parnell on many occasion over the last 15 years and have always received a very warm welcome. The staff are great- very friendly and helpful. The 1 bedroom apartments are a good size and always very clean. The bed, linen and towels are very good and the large windows provide great views Bathroom has a washing machine and dryer and a clothes airer is provided which is much appreciated. On site car parking is available at extra cost- best to book ahead. Its a short walk - about 15 mins downhill to the CBD and buses run along Parnell Rd if you don't want to walk uphill coming back. Parnell Rd has lots of food outlets so you can eat out, have takeaway or self cater - Countdown supermarket is a short walk/bus ride away. Highly recommended

I would love to give it 5 stars but it’s getting a little tired in the rooms BUT I hear they are being done up this year!!! Wooo hooo Love love love this place It is so central and easy to get to the North shore and out south as you are right in the middle. Close to great shops and a huge mall with a supermarket. Excellent food and coffee places. Walking distant to the Museum and domain which is nice. Carpark on site makes life even easier as parking can be expensive. Staff are out of this world. Front desk are friendly and helpful and housekeeping are jovial and will get you anything u need. Rooms have kitchens and washer and dryer making life with family travel so much easier. I almost hate do great reviews as sometimes u like ti keep these gems to yourself but hey they deserve it. See you all next year

Really enjoyable stay. Room was decent size with enough space for a toddler to keep herself occupied. Service was great, few communication issue on my behalf (forgot to provide rego to book parking) but the team were great in sorting. Would definitely stay again :)

The staff are absolutely amazing!! best experience the team go over and above to make sure you have everything you need and be accommodating. customer service is amazing. they stayed open because we were late from the airport to make sure we had dinner when we arrived. food was great. would stay 100% again

Reading the reviews, I did not want to come to this place but I'm glad I did. Here are some things I noticed. Reception doesn't seem to be manned between 230pm and 3pm, so I don't think there is any point coming early. The lifts are great and the 11th floor hallway smelt fresh. We were in 1108, a suite with balcony (not the additional $10 for a view), and it seemed to me that this category of room was always on a corner, offering interesting views. We were facing north so straight at the Sentinel building which I actually really liked. It's attractive and being scared of heights it made me feel not too high up. We could see Tiritiri out one side and Lake Pupuke on the other, but facing south would have been nice too, getting Rangitoto, sunset and the city lights. Our room was bigger and fresher than I expected, though furniture, carpet, walls and bathroom might not have been changed for a decade. A bit tired but clean. Linens lovely and clean, AC efficient and you can change the temperature and it does what you want. Position of hotel is fantastic. On-street parking nearby and we know Takapuna but were still amazed by the range of quality eateries and shops within 5 minutes walk. The tennis and gym and pool were good on level 2. Both pools were big and heated, ideal temperature for swimming and then relaxing in spa. Staff we interacted with were friendly and efficient, but usually no one was behind the counter. You need to ring the bell. Free coffee and biscuits in reception and nespresso machine with 2 capsules in room as well a generous quality assortment of Dilmah teas, hot choc, coffees etc ( also had dishwasher, clothes washer and clothes dryer such I couldn't get working). L ostello è carino anche se caro e un po' decentrato. Le aree comuni sono molto belline, ma il fatto che non abbia i bagni per entrambi i sessi su ogni piano è una vera scomodità. Ogni piano poi ha una cucina ma sono microscopiche ed è davvero dura usarla....inoltre in reception, a parte Kase che è super efficiente, gli altri sono un po' fatti e messi li, poco svegli e poco di aiuto.... può migliorare!

Having to come to Auckland after the sudden death of my father we were pleased to be able to book our first night at the Quest, but disappointed we couldn’t stay for the duration of our visit. Again superb service on arrival which was again surpassed after lunch. Arriving back at the hotel , Atek the duty manager advised us that due to a cancellation and changes made by the staff we could in fact stay at the Quest for our time here. Atek your empathy, efficiency and caring made a difficult situation so much better. The Quest Hotel is indeed fortunate to have you as an employee and you will always be remembered by us for your caring and genuine understanding.
