The layout in room little bit weird. The room looks old. The bath glass door open will block the door of the bathroom lolz. The suis of light is scattered around, sometimes need take time to figure out which suis for which light.

Good location. In the city centre, near Sky Tower Auckland, University of Otago Auckland. Many shopping centres and restaurants are nearby etc.

It’s nice to have a basin inside the room even though the bathroom and shower is shared. Location is convenient as it’s located on Queen’s Street.

Very good value for money given average prices in Auckland.The room is big enough and comfortable although a bit dusty. The building itself is quite old, would need definitely a renovation

The common toilets and bathrooms are clean and tidy. The staffs are also very friendly and helpful.

Very close and convenient to city. If a bigger sign that indicates the entrance even better.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Quiet and safe, I booked a double room and the hot water for shower is very nice. Rested up for my next trip. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

The location is excellent for the queen street and easy to access CBD Auckland, the room is ok for short trip. But have to close the window to prevent insect. The staffs are nice and helpful.

Property itself is dated but the rooms and hallways are very well kept and clean. Overall it’s great value for money for somewhere in Auckland CBD

The hotel is in terrible condition

Overall, it was pretty good and very cost effective. Helpful staff. • Luggage storage room available. Laundry service avail on site (4 bucks for washing machine, 4 bucks for dryer & 2 bucks for washing powder), Ironing service was free of charge. • Toothbrush & Toothpaste were available upon purchase @ the reception. Hot water, box fan, kettle, small fridge, tea, coffee, sugar, clean towel, soap, shampoo were all avail. The first two nights I stayed, I had to use a shared bathroom, however, it was very clean. After that I extended my stay where I was moved to another room which included a bathroom. Also, perfect location as it is situated on the busiest street in the city centre where you'll find a lot of restaurants & shops nearby even supermarkets. * The down part was that it gets very noisy at night, you could hear the traffic & people on the street screaming. Plus, the mattress wasn't in its best shape.
