Ulasan Fort Street Accommodation

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. There was mould everywhere and stains on the sheets. Felt so gross and unclean. The sheets and towels also smelt funny like it was always damp. Even though the listing had a TV, there wasn’t 1 for our room and there weren’t any hair dryers or soaps either. The sink was also ridiculously small that you couldn’t even brush your teeth properly. The water temperature also varies wildly while running, it can get scalding hot and freezing cold for no reason and it really ******. Service was also pretty bad as the attendants weren’t very nice and they also changed the service desk hours without notice and it caused us some complications. Overall, a very bad experience. Please avoid this hotel.

Location was great. At the central. This time I booked window room. Really good view. But one thing’s should change! That was mattress. It’s too soft and make my backache. Staff was friendly.

The room smells spicy also everywhere of bulidlng . As well the room didn’t clean up properly .Maybe the worst hostel where I stay in whole my life.

Excellent location, convenient transportation, the price is very low, but the room is too small for a single bachelor!

Well, the bed was clean but the shower room was grubby. The walls need painting which would improve things greatly. The noise from the bar outside was terrible, even with the windows closed and it didn't stop until 4am!! Compared to other hotels in the area it was still value for money and the staff were very friendly and pleasant.

Lol, I have to say I kinda miss Nik since I’ve started to write this review when that booked app reminded me of it. Hihi, he’s the best receptionist I’ve ever never seen. EVER NEVER if I’d met a person who is so patient. This is indefatigable, tireless and untiring for our human beings (lmao). And yes, my memory of this hostel in Auckland, New Zealand, could be... How do I put it... Great location. Quite run down. Friendly stuff. Room OK, but overall experience average.

Location perfect, Peoples are really friendly. When I reached there was nothing any hassles, quick service and got my key card easily. For one person room got enough space to move. Other things that they have kitchen facilities 7th floor if you want to cook something you can cook.

I stayed only one night but I think it’s enough to stay. There are enough amenities and room.

Good customer service at the concierge

Excellent location in the city. Kitchen is not big, only one stove seemed to be working. Room is never cleaned unless we ask. Usually we cannot check in 14:00. Wi-Fi connection is quite good. In spite of lots of bad reviews, we cannot complain about it because they didn’t pay for better accommodation.

You get what you pay for. The hair dryer was broken and we told the concierge to do something but all they said was sorry. Also the location is good only because it’s in the city center. If you can’t sleep with so much sound, you should book here because a night club is beside it and it can get really noisy.
