Ulasan Hotel Seaside

Not too far from the metro station, bus station. Very easy to connect to famous mountain , or lake or anywhere. Staffs were full of service mind , helpful and lovely , they gave me good information to travel around. Breakfast for westerners was great, for Asia guys is acceptable. Room is very clean and comfortable.

The room environment was generally good; as soon as you open the door, you're greeted with a lake view. The breakfast was plentiful every day. The only downsides are that the hotel price is a bit high, and it's a little far from Spiez train station.

Walking from the train station to the hotel takes about 15 minutes, especially when you're hauling luggage. Crucially, the path isn't flat; it's a hilly road with slopes, so make sure to allow plenty of time. Public transport is very infrequent, so don't rely on it. Check-in at the front desk is before 8 PM. A Trip.com customer service representative thoughtfully called around 7 PM that evening to remind me, which was a nice touch. The breakfast spread was quite varied, and the restaurant, located at the highest point, offered beautiful views. Our triple room was on the ground floor. As there's no air conditioning, we had to keep the door open for ventilation, so do watch out for mosquitoes and other insects.

The hotel has a great location and a good environment. The rooms are clean and excellent.

Everything about this hotel was fine and pleasant. The location is strategic and quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only unfortunate issue was that my Garmin watch went missing during my two-night stay. On the first night, I am certain that I fully charged the watch and did not wear it or take it out of the room until checkout. When preparing to leave, I struggled to find it, but unfortunately, I still could not locate it. This was the only regretful incident during my stay, which otherwise would have been a very positive experience.

Don't bother coming here! As I was leaving, they told me there was some water on the wooden floor and that I'd have to pay 500 Swiss francs to replace the whole thing (it was just a tiny bit of water from my shoes after stepping out of the bathroom into the bedroom, something that would easily dry). I told them I didn't have that much money and my card wouldn't cover it, so they reduced it by 30 Swiss francs (they just randomly left me some money for a taxi?). I also doubt they'll actually replace it since you can barely tell there was anything there. (The day before, when I asked to extend my stay and get a new room key, I briefly encountered the female staff member. She probably thought I was an easy target as a Chinese person. The male staff member with her had a very indifferent attitude, saying they were already not asking for much.) However, the environment is indeed nice, and breakfast was delicious, and I also met some very helpful staff who gave me directions.

The hotel has great views, and the breakfast is abundant. The balcony offers a direct view of the lake.

The hotel is spacious and clean with many facilities. The view from hotel is also beautiful and nice, but the location is quite far from train station. You need to use local bus to go to hotel.

The hotel is a bit of a walk from the train station, about 10-15 minutes on foot. However, buses are available, and the hotel even provides complimentary tickets after check-in, so just be sure to plan your travel time accordingly. The room itself was clean and tidy, and it even had a balcony.

The hotel's location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the train station, making it easy to get to Interlaken. The surrounding area is incredibly beautiful. The breakfast was fantastic! It offers excellent value for money and was overall the best experience of our entire Europe trip. Absolutely loved it.

The hotel in Spiez offers a very elegant setting and is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the lake. The rooms feature a fresh and modern style. The breakfast area is pleasant, providing a rich variety of food, and the coffee is delicious.
