服務人員很有禮貌，酒店也很好，挺滿意的！

酒店地理位置非常好。出門就是主街，各種餐廳。 因為是老建築，所以層高很高，內部重新裝修歐過，住起來很舒服。 酒店裡的飯店剛評上的米其林一星。可以去試試，價格真心不貴。最好提前預訂，不然可能沒位置。

We had a beautiful room with an adjoining room for our 15 year old son. His first time with his own room which he loved. The adjoining door was too heavy for me to open, however. The rooms were both excellently fitted out with modern amenities. Appreciated having a coffee machine that could also do hot water for tea. Good location on a main street. Bathroom was great, the only thing is I had to rinse the bath before use as there were hairs in it. Appreciated the generous check out time of midday, & the macaroons/berries on arrival, & the bottles of water on checkout. Wished we had longer.

Just had a great stay at the Hotel Maximilian. A easy 15 minute walk from the train station and very close to the historical district and all the major sightseeing sites. A large room and a great spa. An outstanding breakfast with even made to order eggs benedict perfectly cooked. You won’t regret stay at the Hotel Maximilian.

We had a great two night stay at the Hotel Maximilian's. It is a true gem with a rich history spanning over 500 years. Hotel Maximilian’s is an enjoyable hotel in a classic building in the middle of the beautiful city of Augsburg. We booked a quiet superior KIng room. Arriving in the room we found out that the room was very quiet, but was overlooking a roof and other rooms and windows couldn’t be opened, only in the ceiling were some little rooms, that gave very little fresh air. Also it was uncomfortably warm and we supposed that the air conditioner would take too long to get a better temperature (and we don’t like ( the noise of air conditioner). We went back to the reception and immediately another superior King room was offered. This room was much larger than the other one and was located at the front of the building. Since there is very little traffic at the front of the building it was rather quiet. In fact we wonder both rooms were classified in the same category. Perhaps a suggestion: give guests clear explanation of the various rooms in the same category. The Maximilian’s has 2 restaurants: Sartory (Michelin rated) and Maximilian’s (informal) The first evening we decided to have dinner in Maximilian’s and it was a very pleasant surprise: Perfect service (friendly and professional staff) informal nice setting and an excellent kitchen. You can see kitchen staff working and it is a pleasant view: harmonious and professional. So we decided to have dinner the next evening too: same very good experience. Bar 3M is fine, although some young members of the staff need some extra training: alertness and speed. Breakfast is fine, as well as cleanliness room. Conclusion; a hotel to go back again.

The hotel is very well located for the city centre sights. The room was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and most helpful. Dinner was delicious - we tried the Menu Gastronomique - and would recommend it. Maitre D in the restaurant was most impressive.The hotel is smart modern and feels up market. Parking is secure and just behind the hotel.
