Hotel Augusta dengan Bar

Stayed 2 Sunday nights in a row. First stay I saw the dishwasher was full of dishes but they seemed clean. Second stay it was the same thing. I have to unload the dishwasher at home so I don’t want to do it when I’m staying in a hotel. Digital key may or may not work on room door and basically forget about it for exterior doors. Not a great thing in pouring rain when the closest door is at the other end of the hotel from the front lobby. Both times I had to get a card key to get into the building. Front desk person did not acknowledge my tier status or even apologize for the problem with digital key. Dislike that they allow/encourage smoking directly outside of every exit. The butt out stations are a few feet from the doorway and smokers gather in front of the door causing non smoking guests to have to walk between them.

I'm beginning to deeply appreciate Hampton Inns due to the predictable experience across many properties. This property is lovely, quiet, very friendly and professional staff, clean property, excellent bedding and AC/Heating. Breakfast was a step above other free breakfasts given to the wafflemaker, gluten free bread, and omelettes. Highly recommend this property. We did not notice the floors transfer movement to the unit below so you may want to opt for the top floor for even more quiet.

We needed a clean and comfortable hotel to stay in for one night after we attended a wedding. The only place we could find at a decent price was this hotel. I was a little worried based on other reviews, but it turned out totally fine! Our check-in was easy. I agree with the other reviews that the hallways have a scent, but it wasn't awful and I could live with it since the room itself did not have an odor. We had a second floor room with two beds. The room was very clean when we arrived. I checked for bugs, dirt, wet floors, and stray hairs and found none, so that was good. The mini fridge was a good size and had a freezer which I loved because we had several large ice packs that needed to be refrozen and they all fit. The beds were fairly comfortable and I slept well. The shower pressure was nice and the tub/shower felt spacious. The sink/mirror area didn't have a ton of counter space and was located in the bathroom, but it was fine. My husband went to check out the breakfast and he said it was cereal and packaged mini muffins. We passed on that. Overall, I would stay here again and feel good knowing that I was getting clean/safe hotel.

My stay was excellent from the very moment I arrived. The check-in staff in the late afternoon/early evening was very professional, authentically kind, energetic, and positive!! The housekeeping and breakfast staff was hardworking and professional as well. I continue to choose this property because of the people first and also because the amenities are comfortable.
