I booked a non-smoking room just to find myself in a deep smoking room. stinks asf. They even have the smoke detector coverd with a plastic bag. the rooms dirty and everything was a mess. stay away forks unless you don't mind where you stay.

I have stayed at the Red Roof in Montana and what a difference. This one was a shelter, no shade on the lamp, dirty, dim, bed linens stained. This is a one star property at best, it shouldn't be listed as a hotel for paying guests. It's a long term stay shelter. We checked in went to the room and immediately checked out within 15 minutes. Unsafe all around, as we checked in individuals were opening their doors to see who the new people were. Women traveling alone or in a group do not stay here, try Hampton Suites directly across the street which is a 5/5.

Property is in shambles. No gym, no ice machine. Construction, debris, trash everywhere. Good for only a bed to sleep in which had cigarette burns in the blankets. Smoke detector was removed and bathroom light didn’t work. Hardly anything stocked for breakfast, spoiled milk.

I am a resident of the UK and check in staff wanted a state ID which I didn't have. Web site said there was a business center but there isn't one and the breakfast options is only a bagel and coffee when web site said breakfast included.

When checking in, they were so rude. They do not allow you to use the bathroom in the lobby. They're not very welcoming. The front door sticks. I couldn't take a shower because it only goes up to 2 hundredd 50 pounds. Most people that are disabled are around 300. Their laundry facilities are down. Their breakfast is terrible. Toast waffle. The entire night I kept waking up because the springs were in my back.
