"Good place for the price/value. Great convenient location to dining, shopping and interstate access. The staff were all great, pleasant and efficient. The breakfast options were good and presented well. The only negatives were my bathroom fan made a terrible noise for several minutes that I worried would disturb my neighbors but it stopped after several minutes. I also see this property starting a slow decline and I have stayed here often before and this makes me sad."

"I booked a King Room and checked in online via the Hilton app, and selected a room... when I arrived at the hotel I was told that they didn't have any King rooms available and I would have to take a double. I informed the front desk clerk that I had already checked in online and selected room 420 and just needed to pick up my keys to which she responded "oh, that room is out of order for maintenance"... well why did the app let me choose it? I literally didn't check in online until around 5:00pm, so it's not as if housekeeping hadn't been there yet. As I approached the elevators in this "newly built" property, one of the elevators was also out of order. Anyway, I get my key to my double and get up to the room and get comfy for bed, only to find that there is no remote for the tv to turn it off... and I wasn't about to get dressed again to go down to the lobby to ask for a remote. There was also no "do not disturb" signs so I had housekeeping knocking on my door all morning. One final thing that irked me with this particular location... when I went down to the lobby for breakfast in the morning, the front desk clerk was wearing house slippers! At least the bed was comfy, the AC worked and the shower had hot water."

"The hotel's surroundings are a bit secluded, so I wouldn't recommend walking too far at night. However, the hotel's location is excellent, with river views, and the art museum directly opposite the main entrance is definitely worth a visit. The hotel lobby and elevators have a classic, traditional feel, while the rooms, especially the bathrooms, are modern and very clean. The front desk staff I encountered were all lovely. The food and beverage options on the first floor are quite good, and while the gym might have a slight odor due to recent renovations, the facilities are excellent. Overall, highly recommended!"

The walls are thin as I heard the couple in the next room arguing as well as making up ALL NIGHT!The bathroom door appeared to be falling apart. I stayed here only because my husband was in a worked related accident and was admitted to the Burn Center at Doctors Hospital and it was close by and I had gone 26 hrs with no sleep. If I had more time to look for a place I would have."
