I arrived with a confirmed reservation for a room with two queen beds for my family of four. I had even called the hotel days earlier to reconfirm the room type. Despite this, the hotel assigned us a room with only one bed and never informed us of any issue at check‑in. We only discovered the problem after entering the room.
When I returned to the front desk, the staff admitted that all 2‑bed rooms were already occupied and blamed ******* for “incorrect availability.” Regardless of the excuse, the hotel had every opportunity to notify me earlier in the day — especially since I had already confirmed the reservation by phone. Instead, my family arrived at 9pm after a long drive with no suitable room available.
The hotel offered no solution, no compensation, and no accountability. We were forced to cancel and find another hotel at the last minute, paying more because of the hotel’s failure to honor a confirmed booking.
This was one of the most stressful and disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I will not be returning to this property, and I strongly caution other travelers to avoid it.
