You get what you pay for. I guess my expectations shouldn’t be that high considering it was less than $67 a night

Housekeeper says she cleaned the room, but the floor was dirty, bathtub looked like it wasn't washed out and clean, water underneath the flooring kept the floor wet, and there were no wash rags in the room at all.

Great location and the Starbucks next door is an added bonus.

Location is good

Pool wasn’t cleaned, room was dank and dusty, had no room phone, signal to the tv ******, nosey hotel employees, employees judging guest and snooty staff **** the La Quinta

Rooms were poorly cleaned. Latches on door were not there. The pool was closed which was the main reason for booking.

Upon arrival mv stay was started off better than most I was greeted with Outstanding hospitality. The Staff and Guests of the Inn were very helpful and polite. I had no trouble with check in or getting the proper things.

I expect a minimum standard when staying at Days Inn .. the old saying you get what you pay for. In town for one night and did not need all of the amenities and resort fees just a clean simple room you feel safe in. Well, this Days Inn location meets none of the minimum expectations of staying at Days Inn. While the front desk clerk was friendly enough, the homeless camped out in the parking lot, the room smelled as if they cleaned it with an ash tray, the stains on the bed covers and the oily floor we had to ask for a refund and go across the street to the Hilton, you get what you pay for! Days Inn should be ashamed of the condition of this place to put their name on it.

Not sure if I saw more bugs in my room or hand to hand sales in the parking lot. Walking my dog for the first time, a friendly co resident asked "if I knew where to get anything". I assume he meant a job... Did not inquire further

Room was on for a two night stay. Bathroom was small and old but room was clean and close to a lot of food options.The two rooms I chose were fine but my other family members were not as pleased. Even after being moved and helped, they chose another hotel option.

Had to leave before we even unpacked bags. Sheets and room was not cleaned. Water was cold. Towels were dirty. When we tried to go to main lobby door was locked and no one would answer buzzer. No one answered the phone even when we called 5 times. It was our very first night in Augusta and left extremely disappointed. We had to then book another hotel for the night and loose money on this hotel room because we couldn’t stay in it.

Drug needles was on the ground and homeless people was sleeping outside the premises. The rooms needs to be fixed up. Water running in bathroom tub and couldn’t be shut off! On a positive it’s quite!!

This was my second stay here, the first time was a few months ago. My husband and I were in town for business and the accommodations were acceptable. We stayed during the height of COVID so most everything was closed, no breakfast and the pool was closed also no housekeeping service we contributed this to COVID. When we came into town for the holiday with our kids we decided to rent two rooms. This was a mistake the rooms were not clean. We used our own linen and cleaned the rooms as to not make a fuss since we could solve the issue on our own. The next problem was the bathtub in one of the rooms ran the shower and tub at the same time and had a slow drain which caused the tub to fill with water. The toilet ran loud and off/on all night. The staff were unprofessional as they talked very loudly about my family without any concern for the fact that 1) we were PAYING guests and 2) we could hear them clearly talking about us. When my daughter went to return the key the staff that checked her out finished her conversation about how she disapproved of the amount and type of things we packed before taking the key. Once she got the room number she just said “oops” in regards to being caught talking about us.

If you want a dirty unmaintained stay this is the place! Boogers on walls, nasty bathtub, stained towels, left over toilet paper just nasty! The pool was closed which was why I chose this place in the first place.
