The bed was not so good the air conditioner dripped a lot on the bed

Unsafe! A man entered my room in the middle of the night even though I had set the door to the locked position. I reported to reception and took out the batteries from the the lock the following night. Reception said they’d look into it but never got back to me. Nice in every other respect, but the safety issue cannot be overlooked.

The hotel was nice and clean

Convenient, close to underground station , many restaurants nearby too . Room clean and reasonable

Good location but everything is terrible (service is run by college kids who daf, they give you used shampoo, water leaking, toilet is clogged, overpriced). Glad I’m out of there

I came to China for a business trip and rented it for nearly three months. A pretty great hotel, I will come again next time

Upon entering the room, I noticed an unusual smell which was quite off-putting. Despite attempts to air out the room, the smell persisted throughout my stay. The shower was another area of concern. The water temperature was inconsistent, fluctuating between hot and cold, which made for an uncomfortable experience. As for the service, it was average at best. I felt that there was room for improvement in terms of attentiveness and efficiency. Overall, my stay at the hotel was less than satisfactory.

Really nice and helpful people. Apartment had a great view, and was in a good location. Everything worked well, and there is a full kitchen and washing machine. Only minus is that they did not have an iron, which I think is a big bummer, and also not a gym. But hey, you can't get everything.

Booked 3 night, very nice and quiet neighbourhood, 3 minuts walk to the metro station. Staff are friendly and helpful at all time. Its also has a washing machine which make our trip easier for the 3 nights stay. No complaint, very bargain for the price.

Great location and very close walking distance to the metro station. Easy to take the metro to happy harbour or the shenzhen CBD. Washing machine is also very useful and there is a pole on the balcony to hang clothes to dry. I also found the hotel to be very quiet. Unfortunately the kitchen doesn’t have any bowls or cutlery so I couldn’t make any use of it.
