When e we reach hotel there they delayed our check in for 30-40 minute in room tv was not working when we called for same in 6-7 times no help was provided.

Property is well maintained and it's ambience is amazing. Food quality is superb and staff are well mannered. Must stay here while visiting again in aurangabad.

Near the railway station, convenient for people who want to board odd time trains. Rooms were decent, further room for improvement. Overall ok stay

Having a spacious and cozy room is not sufficient, hospitality/ food has to be good ! staff is very very ordinary and amateurish, they wold barge in your room with master key, if u do not respond to their door knocking ! food is as equal to street one. Bad chef ! not recommended.

The room, washroom and balcony was pathetic. Room service was very slow. Coffee machine was not working. Overall poor experience. Only good point is it is near to station.

The hotel was neat and clean. House keeping wan up to the mark. Restaurant service required improvement in food quality.

Disappointed. They charged 1000 rs extra unreasonably. Wifi was not working tv was not working and food wasn't good. There was no cheese in cheese sandwich even after telling 10 times. They are great at asking for money but not at providing service. They overall unreasonably charged 3500 for literally half day.

Location is very good. Room was clean. Some lights were not working. Another light was always on. Room key card holder for power on/off was not working. Tv was not working. Service call was ignored.
