The cleanliness was terrible . The air conditioner barely worked . And the staff was unavailable. The elevators were gross. Would not stay there again

The bathroom was gross. Brown/orange stuff smeared across the floor. Hair in the bathtub. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Kids running up and down the hallway screaming. I ended up driving the 3.5 hours home instead of staying. Assuming no refund.

I liked the quiet aspect of the property and surrounding areas. Food and shopping were close by. (not exactly walking distance but within 1-2 miles)

Homeless people in and out of the hotel the elevators get stuck and the buttons don’t work half the time hot water for the shower gets hot and cold and sometimes not even hot at all the remote to the tv barely works lamps flicker on and off but the staff was very friendly and the breakfast bar was clean and good the building just needs to be updated

Smelled like mold and **** the 1st night, and urine the 2nd night. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned prior. Random person woke us up in the middle of the night.

The two ladies who helped us were terrific but there was a weird odor through out the entire hotel, the carpet through out was old torn up and dingy. Our room 315 tub was all chipped, the drain was gross and broken, the coffee pot was not cleaned or drained out, there was a cigarette burn in one of the blankets on the bed and I just think house keeping could do a more thorough cleaning in the rooms etc. The breakfast in the mornings are great and the lobby and setup is great just need quite a few more updates.

Had a very lovely experience at the hotel , very big and spacious in the lounge, food was absolutely delicious and hot ! , my room was amazing and blankets were so soft . The only thing was housekeeping walking In my room before check out and was still messing with my door which was a bit scary and funny but everything else was amazing.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone
