This is a completely updated and renovated facility. The rooms are large and there is always plenty of parking after 8 pm (which isn't something that can be taken for granted!) Staff is friendly and responsive. Room was clean and room doors closed quietly. There is as very large mall just next door with plenty of food options and shopping if you like to do that. The only suggestion I had was slightly better quality sheets. Pro tip - ask for a room facing away from the main street if you are a light sleeper. I would stay here again - it is only 20 minutes from the Denver airport and very reasonably priced compared to hotels closer to the airport.

I booked my room online and the guy at the front counter was waiting on someone before me. On his screen pop-up $50 deposit. Well he did not asked the lady in front of me for the deposit but when it was my turned; he asked me to pay $50. I told him that was for the lady in front of me and he did not asked her so why was he asking me for a deposit. Overall, the stay was very good except for the front desk guy. I think that you guys need to be persistent and asked everyone for a deposit.

We stayed here about a year ago and it was a wonderful stay, no complaints at all. Great room, great service, clean, no bad smells or obvious stains. This year though it was like staying in a completely different hotel. I am giving a rating of two because the staff were awesome and the bedding was comfortable (one point each for the positives) but the place smelled and not in a pleasant way. If I was basing my rating on just the staff, I would give RI a five but the problems were several. The cleaning product smell was overwhelming to the point that I had to leave breakfast when the worker started spraying the tables with some product that smelled toxic. The smell was everywhere, in the halls, in the guest rooms, in the lobby... The only way we tolerated the smell in our room was to open the windows. So happy that the windows opened even if it was only six inches. Carpets, soft goods - multiple stains, looked dirty. Bathroom door would not close properly. Telephone did not work. We reported the issues and I imagine they were dealt with but I really wish other guests would speak up when they notice things are not as they should be. It is not like the cleaning crew would be closing the bathroom door or using the in-room phone... We travel to Denver several times a year and would like to continue staying at the RI. I will watch the reviews and hope to see positive changes. Hopefully management will choose a different, less toxic smelling cleaning product, replace the carpets and other soft goods (furniture, etc) that have absorbed the cleaning product smells, and future reviews will mention how great the place looks and smells.

UPDATE…please read! The hotel is undergoing renovations so no concierge lounge (temp breakfast set up), NO HOT TUB, the pool closes at 10pm now and it’s a little rough around the edges. I stayed here because of the pool & hot tub including both being open 24 hours…NO LONGER! They’ve drained the hot tub and I was told they are removing both the pool & hot tub to expand the gym.

Segala-galanya baik terima kunci saya tidak berfungsi untuk pintu belakang pada mulanya tetapi dapat membetulkannya setelah beberapa kali mencuba. Dan saya menganggap bahawa pengemasan terus memukul pintu saya sebelum checkout dan mengganggu kami tidur. Bantal rata tetapi keseluruhan penginapan selesa. Saya ingin mengembalikan COVID untuk menikmati semua kemudahan dan restoran!

The hotel was nice and the rooms were clean. My issues are in areas other than cleanliness. As a lifetime Diamond Hilton Honors member, I have expectations and they were not met. Our soccer team recently stayed there. This hotel was chosen because I’m the team manager and I’ll always pick a Hilton branded hotel because of my Diamond status even when there are cheaper options. When we got to the hotel, we discovered both the pool and gym had been closed a week prior for renovations. This should have been communicated to our team prior to arrival. Having a pool for the kids to play in after their games is a huge benefit to us. As part of our rate, we were given coupons for the breakfast, which includes cooked to order items. Our coupons explicitly said no cooked to order items. Additionally the apple and orange juices were extremely watered down and not good. The cranberry juice didn’t seem to be watered down. The hot options included eggs, potatoes and some kind of sausage. It would have been nice to know if it was pork, chicken or some other kind of sausage. The toast was good but the jelly was off-off brand and watery. There were only 4 parking spots designated for Diamond members which didn’t seem like enough given the size of the hotel and the hotel van would often be parked in one of the spots. The most inhospitable thing we encountered though was a sign in the lobby that said no outside food or drinks in the lobby even when the restaurant was closed. Our boys like to get together and we usually do a pizza night in the lobby but that was not allowed. The hotel is clean and if I was traveling alone would probably stay there again but would not choose it as a team hotel.

PPengguna TetamuThe staff at this property is by far its strongest attribute. They were professional, but not too professional, courteous, friendly and accommodating. If I go back it will be because of the staff. The property itself is in fair condition. The rooms facing the interstate are noisy. If you bring a pet beware, the fees are prohibitive. Our pet fee for 5 nights amounted to 48% of the room charge. Unfortunately this exorbitant fee will prevent me from staying here again.

The outdoor and indoor pool/hot tub options were really fun, comfortable beds, really clean rooms and shared spaces, and so many other fun activities (bocce, basketball, putting green, etc.). We were so impressed with the lifeguards that we felt completely comfortable allowing our kids to be on their own and check in with us. Our only complaint is the food. We tried multiple restaurants/market and were disappointed with all of them. The food is very expensive and the quality is amusement park quality. After the first day and a half we stopped eating at the resort and went to the grocery store and to offsite restaurants. It really is terrible. We still loved our time at this resort and would just plan food differently.

The staff was ok, they cleaning crew was very bothersome, even with our no service /quiet sign up in our door, they still knocked on our door 3 separate times. It was very annoying and kind of rude. But overall it’s clean and I enjoy this hotel. They have an indoor pool and a nice restaurant and bar. I would stay here again. I also worried recommend for a c cheaper place to stay.

We stayed for one night while visiting Anschutz for a consultation. The hotel staff did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable and drama-free as possible. The room was clean and in great condition. The amenities were top-notch. We didn't have a chance to try their breakfast, but I'm sure it would have been great because everything else was! Five stars, for sure!

CChristina OI wanted to leave a second review because there is one shining star at this location and that is Christina! She is the gold standard of customer service. No matter what you throw at her she handles it and does it with a smile. When it comes to customer service it doesn't get any better. She doesn't talk down to people.shes never unpleasant she doesn't go out of her way to be nasty to people or over charge people or dismiss people as some of the other employees here do. It's pretty obvious from the reviews this place gets which employees there talking about! She is cut from the same cloth I am, no matter what your job is in life you do it to the best of your ability. Then at the end of the day you can look in the mirror knowing you did your best today. I don't know how some of these employees sleep at night knowing they were nothing but unpleasant rude and nasty to people all day going out of there way to screw people not having the rooms to be acceptable to stay in. The world could use a lot more people like Christina! You are the shining star of this hotel hands down!!!!!!
