This was an amazing hotel, amazing stay and amazing staff. 10/10
This was for my wife’s birthday and our first time in Austin, from the start we were so impressed. Free beer at checkin was also a nice touch. Great amenities and just over a beautiful hotel. The room has a Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom mirror and the TVs also, the view was amazing and the bed was so comfortable. We had auto lights so when you wake up in the middle of the night and get close to the bathroom they go on for you, I thought that was awesome.
Seriously if you are looking to bar hop and have a really nice place to stay this is your hotel!!

Nice place. The coffee maker had tiny cups and did not work. I have Nespresso at home and was unable to use it.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. My husband thought he could get room service from the hotel and he couldn’t. When we arrived, we needed a trolley for our luggage but there wasn’t one available. We were lucky because one of the people who worked for the car valet service helped us take our bags in and up to the 5th floor for check in and then again up to our room. We were very impressed with this young man. We did enjoy our stay though.

It was fine and close to everything but they don’t clean the rooms everyday. Also the bathroom mirror was dirty.

The hotel and room was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be the service in the restaurant. I had breakfast and the waiter never came by to ask how the food was or to refill my coffee. Once he dropped off the food, I was ignored.

Fantastic hotel. Front desk staff was exceptional. The breakfast was incredible. Our waiter and cook were amazing. If I lived in Austin, then I’d regularly eat breakfast at this hotel. Overall a fantastic experience!

We were there six nights and they only made the bed, cleaned the bedsheets, changed the garbage and towels one night during this entire time. I kept requesting and they kept promising but constantly disappointed. After long days at SXSW conference, we kept returning to a room that had not been taken care of. I was extremely frustrated. Also, The music from the street bars below the room that ran all night was terrible as the vibrations were on our head.

really expensive, cheap toilet paper, no guaranteed breakfast, only valet parking if you want to park for free you have to park on this random plot of land. The workers are nice and the rooms are clean you can just get a better hotel for the price of this one in my opinion.
