Shower tap was constantly running even when switching to shower. Toilet paper roll holder was broken. A/C would cool way beyond the assigned temperature on thermostat which meant we had to turn off A/C midnights all days.

Great stay, clean room and very close to the UT Austin campus.

Let me tell you about the worst experience I have had in a hotel..first of all zero hot water … and on top of that the toilet does not flush. They do not fix anything after 9:00pm. Did not offer to change rooms or anything. Left early because we had to use the bathroom and their only suggestion is to use the downstairs bathroom because maintenance was still not in the building . Absolutely do not stay here!

City view room has excessive noise from freeway, could hardly sleep The outrageous parking fee increased from 20$ a night to 30$ a night! And its outdoor with no security Will never come back
