It’s really a nice place to stay, my only complaint is the constant smell of the devil’s lettuce. Even my room was reeked of endo. Doña Jaunita would approve, but it was too much for me.

The AC to our rooms was horrible. It was hot throughout the night and the room smelled a little damp. The lower corners of the wall were dirty. The bedsheets looked questionable but we had brought our own for the trip. The CS was great for check in/out. The area is nice and both rooms were spacious just not as presented in the pictures provided.

I'm staying here regularly for business. The rooms are great, and the location is incredible. The gym is a little low on weights. The biggest problem is that the certificate on the WiFi is invalid. For security reasons, this makes the WiFi unusable for me.

Walking distance to The Domain with all the stores and restaurants. Nice little pool. Overall quiet, but family with children was in the next room, so lots of children's noise. Dining room very nice: wide and open. Breakfast was very good. Cleaning staff very helpful. Reception staff cold and distant: Wouldn't smile to a clown if they saw one. Couldn't help me with coins for the laundry, didn't know if there was a post office box nearby, didn't have a scale for me to weigh my bags... Little things that we're supposed to deal with with algorithms (Internet etc), but it would be nice if human staff helped a traveler a bit.

Staff and cleanliness were excellent. Loved the pool area. The challenge was the one elevator out of order which meant a long walk to the other side of the building (given some walking challenges) this was a concern.
The breakfast was delicious and the common area was inviting and comfortable...

We switched room twice. Once because of a non working tv and then because of a whining a/c unit held together by blue tape. We packed up and continued our journey home instead of resting an additional day.
