Kami menginap di Hyatt Regency pada malam perkahwinan kami sungguh luar biasa! Kami berharap mungkin ada sampanye atau sesuatu yang istimewa kerana ini adalah malam perkahwinan kami, tetapi secara keseluruhannya masih merupakan pengalaman hebat. Kami mempunyai pemandangan dan layanan hebat sepanjang malam di sana. Pasti akan tinggal lagi!

Very happy with this hotel. A convenient location to get to the Moody Center in a short time frame, amongst other spots we planned on going too.

We had some challenges during the stay with wifi, the valet and some overall customer service. After a frustrating scenario arose, we were able to talk with the manager, Antonio Pace. I was VERY impressed with his customer service and the assistance that he offered us to rectify the situation. He personally restored our hope in the Hilton product again, and we'd be happy to stay at one of the 3 properties he manages in the future. Thank you for your exemplary customer service!

Loved the hotel vibe. The room was great. Loved the pillows and the shower head. They were luxurious touches. The fitness room and roof are beautiful., And the restaurant has great food. Get the short rib Mac and cheese. Shout out to my server Yndira who was kind, helpful, attentive, and funny!

Saya menginap 4 malam di hotel. Ia sepatutnya agak baru tetapi hiasannya hanya bagus tetapi tidak ada yang menakjubkan. Saya harus mengatakan bahawa semuanya berjalan lancar, semua pasukan sangat baik dan akomodatif dan secara keseluruhan pengalaman saya menyenangkan Hanya merindui Je ne sais quoi.

I arrived at the Stephen F Austin Royal Sonesta at 2am after a delayed flight. It took 20 minutes for me to check-in due to issues with the hotel computer system. It might have been worth the wait, because I was upgraded to a suite. But I'd say that the suite was quirky: two rooms, nice furnishings, but no amenities. For example, the bar area in the living space had a sink but no accessories or drinks that you might expect to find on a bar. I fell asleep at 3am, and was woken at 8:45am by construction noises directly behind my bed. The noises included loud voices, drilling, banging, and scraping. Even with top-of-the-line ear plugs, it still woke me up. When I reported this issue via text message, the hotel manager looked into it instantly. He was on my floor talking to the hotel engineers by the time that I left my room. The manager recognized that I was the guest who had complained about noise, and apologized. He let me know that the work was supposed to be completed later in the day, and expressed sympathy for my rough morning. The manager set me up with some perks that made my stay more enjoyable and made up for the bad experience. So, all's well that ends well. The rest of my stay was good, especially because the hotel was in a really convenient location -- walking distance from my business meetings, restaurants, and tourist sites.
