Very friendly staff. We thought we had booked a car park but hadn't so make sure you do in advance. Beds and linen were very comfortable. Bathroom toiletries are all French and are devine. Curtains don't close fully so if you are sensitive to light wear an eye mask. A/C makes a noise like a home nespresso machine 2-3 times an hour so if you are sensitive to noise this may be a problem. Breakfast was available at 27€ but we didn't dine in. Auxerre is the most charming town, I'm not sure why it isn't a big tourist destination. We loved it

Lors de notre halte pour faire la route en 2 jours, endroit agréable, le personnel est particulièrement souriant et bienveillant. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. La salle de bain de bonne taille, propre et fonctionnelle. La literie....on a adoré le grand lit! Confortable et hyper spacieux. Petit déjeuner gourmand avec un grand choix salé ou sucré. Salle spacieuse, personnel aux petits soins et discret. Nous recommandons!! Juste à revoir le fonctionnement du volet électrique que nous avons eu du mal à bloquer à notre convenance (ch.126).
