The property advertises itself as having a jacuzzi - the jacuzzi is nonoperational. It advertises breakfast as Kona coffee, tea, and light breakfast: the Kona coffee is more like brown water, there's no tea, and there was no attendant to show us how the pancake machine works (if indeed it does work). They also left a message on my phone the day of our arrival. I tried to call them back (3x) and I messaged them on the ******* app, with no success. I was quite worried. But it must have been simply to tell me that their front desk closes at 6 pm, even though daily boats to Avalon arrive at 7:10 pm. We called the "emergency" number and got our room key.
It's a cute hotel, but we are in a basement room without views.
