Hotel Terbaik di Tunis dengan Spa

Stayed in the hotel for several workshops and meetings and I must say, the staff of the business center was amazing, proactive and always timely in their support! Would definitely recommend for anyone staying in Tunis - be it for business or leisure!

I've been at Novotel Tunis Lac during a workshop and everything has been perfect. Great service and nice staff. Breakfast was rich with lots of choice, and I also had dinner at restaurant with full satisfaction. When I will return in Tunis, for sure this hotel will be my choice.

Upon my initial check-in at the hotel, I was met with a reception that I found to be disappointing and quite cold, which was uncharacteristic of the 4 or 5-star reputation the establishment is known for. The service staff at the front desk failed to deliver the warm welcome and professional service that one would typically anticipate from a hotel of such high standing. In spite of the initial letdown, the hotel quickly turned the situation around and demonstrated impeccable damage control and service recovery, following a letter of complaint I sent to the management expressing my dissatisfaction. I must particularly commend the hotel's Operations Manager and Room Supervisor, who provided highly accommodating and service-oriented attention. Their efforts transformed my initial reservations into a positive outlook towards the hotel. I am grateful for their exceptional service orientation and would recommend this hotel to others based on this stellar recovery.

An ideal location in the downtown, with a breathtaking view from the sky lounge, it was an absolutely unforgettable experience, the extensive menu was super delicious and perfectly presented, the staff was very attentive, starting with the manager, who checked every table and made sure everything was in order, right down to the waiters who were very efficient, nothing was forgotten or skimped on. I felt warmly welcomed and would highly recommend this place.

Le Personnel est craiment accueillant, je souligne la performance et le professionnalisme de Rabab et Ahmed à la réception , toujours à l'ecoute avec le sourire. Ils font de leur mieux pour rendre votre séjour agréable . Le stuff qui s'occupe des chambre,propre rapide et efficace. Un gros merci

Bel hôtel. Belle entrée. Bar sympa. Acceuil chaleureux. Chambres spacieuses. Kit beauté fourni. Lit moelleux. Bref super Sejour. Bien placé pour aller visiter les environs : la Marsa , sidi bou Said et les autres quartiers de Tunis. Les taxis sont pas chers aux alentours.

Stayed here for 2 nights while in transit between vacation stops. It’s a lovely hotel with good rooms, friendly staff and good restaurants. I always felt safe and it’s also close to the airport. The views aren’t much nor is it located close to anything touristy but that’s ok as it is a modern, safe hotel with excellent staff. The gym is great which for me is a big deal - I enjoy working out at the facilities and they must be clean, either good equipment and a good space. The staff all spoke English and were friendly - highly recommend if you are looking in Tunis.

A very pleasant 4 night stay. Nice rooms, good breakfast and descent dining options. Helpful and polite staff. Special thanks to Soumaya, that head of the conciege. She arranged two day trips for us and she booked us tables to the nicest restaurants in the city. Very attentive and always with a huge smile.

اميمة كانت جداً ممتازة في المعاملة وقد تعاونت معي في إيجاد الدكتور و تواصلت مع المصحات و مراكز التصوير و رتبت لي مواعيدي مع الدكاترة و تستحق منا كل التقدير و الاحترام و المكافئة على ما بدلته لنا و اعتقد انها موظفة ممتازة جدا و كذلك الغرفة كانت جيدة جدًا و المطعم ايضا جيد جدا بينما الاستقبال لم يكن في المستوى الذي نتطلع اليه وقد كان هنالك ربكة و تضارب في الحجوزات لو تدخل Guest اميمة لتمت المغادرة فورًا لذلك فأنا اعطيها الافضلية في هوتيل لايكو
