Yıllardır severek eşim 2 çocuğum ve dostlarımızla geliyoruz, otel yöneticileri, çalışanlar harika, her geldiğimizde hoş bir misafirperverlikle karşılaşıyoruz.Maalesef bu konaklamamız deprem yüzünden oldu.Ancak özellikle belrtmeliyim ki: Otel personeli, deprem bölgelerinden gelen acılı insanlarla kendi aileleri gibi ilgilendiler. Genel müdür Ahmet Bey her ihtiyaçları için koşturdu.Acılarını bir nebze olsun hafifletmeye çalıştı. Çok teşekkürler. Minnettarız.

Lovely traditional hotel with cave style rooms and authentic decor but unfortunately it was out of the way in Avanos which meant we had to take a 20 minute taxi to get into Goreme for any nightlife!! Breakfast was Turkish style which was not to my taste but was well presented! Unfortunately the waitresses were unable to communicate in English so it was difficult to request anything! The coffee on offer was only filter coffee which was awful so we drank Turkish tea! The front desk staff were helpful and actually upgraded us as the hotel was empty! It was a lovely hotel but I would definitely have preferred to stay closer to the tourist area of Goreme where I could see the balloons flying overhead and where I would be able to walk to a restaurant to eat in the evening!

Sehr nettes, angenehmes Hotel mit mega A**osphäre. Super leckeres Frühstück, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter und tolle historische Zimmer. Auch die Ballonfahrten kann man auf der Dachterrasse anschauen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden sicherlich wiederkommen. Dieses Hotel können wir mit einem guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

We stayed at Phocas on 27/28 Sept in suite 104. From the moment we arrived until the second we left it was an absolutely brilliant experience. The whole team could not have done anything more to make us feel welcomed. With warm smiles and generous advice supported by practical assistance with booking taxis etc they were fantastic. The accommodation was unique, charming and authentic- the breakfast was excellent quality and ample quantity. Location is superb for visiting the local sites and experiencing the magical spectacle of the balloon flights. This is, without doubt, one of the best hotels we have stayed in.

I even extend my day in this hotel because the host and receptionist is friendly...emir khan is so helpful in helping with luggage..and the owner cengis khan is helpful in providing u guys with all necessary information...save his number..and u guys can ask anything to him..managed to enjoy snow at erciyes mountain (in may - not winter season) based on his guide..tq emir and cengis khan
