We took two rooms. Everything super - from resepshena, continuing the rooms, service, breakfast. They were in a low season, stayed for 2 nights, the price was magical. Before that they lived in a large complex too, but they just escaped from there. Yes, the price is 2 times higher but incomparably better in Hilton, given the low season and the fairy tale price - we regret not stopping there at once. The room was cleaned every day. Water was added. To all pleasant to touch. The balcony is very large.
If criticized - for long-term residence - there is little space for storing things.
Pushers, blankets, mattresses - air, snow, no moisture. Smells of repair and novelty.
The air conditioner is quiet, it is not heard. We heated the room in November, any temperature is exposed and it is automatically supported.
The plumbing is modern, the balm for hair is excellent.
Internet is excellent quality. Breakfasts were good. Kashi is not, but everything else is.
Location is better. Right in the center of the city. Donnaberhingy, a park whose area is to be served.

The hotel is located 40-50 minutes walk from the sights. The rooms are clean, bright, spacious. Cleaning, change of towels, every day! Breakfasts are quite varied, you will definitely find something to suit your taste. There is a fitness area, Finnish sauna, swimming pool, mini children's paddling pool. Minus the pool is poorly cleaned, in the corners at the bottom you can see garbage, a little, but it is there. The hammam works nominally, there is no steam injection, it's just like entering a warm room.

We arrived in our own car, unloaded ourselves - no one helped. I went and parked myself (as it turned out, in the wrong place). When we asked the reception for help with our suitcases, only then did they come out to pick them up. And then they made a remark to me that I parked in the wrong place, and asked me to repark the car. There is an unpleasant musty smell in the corridor on the floor. There is mold on the ceilings. We go into the room and see blankets on the closet, like a grandmother's in the village. It turns out that the coffee machine in the room is paid!!! At breakfast, the bread was dried out, they did not add juices - we did not have time to make them, margarine instead of butter, they did not have time to clear the tables - everything was covered with plates, as a result, we sat at a dirty table. When cleaning the room, they did not add a tea and coffee set. The beach towels are all washed out, old. At the pool I accidentally stepped on an ashtray full of cigarette butts - most likely from the previous day, because we came in the morning. The toilet is old near the pool, there is a stench, and there is also a queue. I am attaching a photo. This hotel should be given 3 stars. They do not know what service is.
It's good value for money, it's close to the beach, the nearby park is good for walking, and there's a bus stop close to the hotel, so it's great for getting around the city center.

The facilities and size were better than the hotel we had originally booked, but the bed was a double bed, so we thought it would be a bit uncomfortable for two healthy men, so we checked into a higher-level hotel with two beds. This was the first time this happened while traveling. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good. The staff was also friendly.
Old hotel, looks shabby. The staff is not very friendly and forgetful. We took it because of the location, it is ideal, of course. There is a swimming pool and sauna, also a big plus

AABMD US INCExcellent location within walking distance of everything, courteous and very helpful and patient staff. Tremendous service team especially at front desk and in the restaurant at breakfast who are indeed hardworking and made the 14 days spent there not only a great experience but presented a sumptuous breakfast buffet that few can equal from twenty types of bread and pastries to fresh honey still on the hive tray that you carve out yourself. I was impressed.

GGuest UserНе соответствует 5* звезда, максимум тянет на 3*. Дружелюбный персонал, который делает всё наполовину. Ужасное обслуживание у бассейна, плохое обслуживание в номерах. Не меняли белье и халаты , тапочки в течение 11 дней. Уборщица делает замечание и хамит постояльцам в СПА. Подушки гигантские, спать не аозиожно. Выбора подушек нет. В ресторане отеля получили сильное отравление, скорее всего мясом. По ночам музыка в бассейне не отключается. Орёт, спать не возможно. Во время пребывания возник пожар, персонал отеля очень старался, однако было видно, что он не обучен действовать в чрезвычайных ситуациях, а руководство отеля даже не потрудились принести извинения перед постояльцами. Каждый день этот отель преподносил неприятные сюрпризы. Никому не советую ехать в этот отель.
