I would avoid this hotel. I booked it in December through the *******. I was supposed to be there for 2 nights. However, I only stayed one night. In the morning, after my first (and only) night, I wanted to to take a shower and brush my teeth. Brown water came out of the faucet in the bathtub. I tried the sink and it was teh same. I packd my bags andwent downstairs to inform the desk clerk I was checking out. Before, I even said anything, he knew about the water issue. Why wouldn't you call the rooms and warn the guests? Who wants a surprise brown water shower? The desk clerk said it wasn't the hotel's fault and that it was because work was being done outside. I understood, but also explained to him that I cannot stay in a room with brown water coming out of the faucets. After a while, he said the problem was fixed. But, there was no way, I was going to brush my teeth or shower, having no idea what was actaully in that water. I reached out to ******* for a refund. This dragged on awhile but I never received a refund because the hotel either did not respond to the request or did not feel that I should have received a refund. Any establishment should have areasonable policy when it comes to customers/ guests. I think brown water coming out of the faucets is a good reason to refund a customer. You may stay and enjoy the property. But just know that if for any reason something goes wrong, you may not be compensated.
